Nice cozy unit, not the cleanest but better than last time!

Love the quiet space, management could still do better as it has missing outlet covers and bathtub paint is peeling away, and our feet were black from the carpets I guess they are really dirty.

Nice home with management problems, bathtub/shower finish is flaking off.

Location is great and house is cozy, furnishings are so-so but acceptable. (Cheap, but clean.) Most of our problems have to do with poor management. Also those with kids, be aware bathtub/shower paint finish is flaking off.
