Guests in the condo are entitled to full use of the La Concha Resort, including room service, workout facilities, restaurant, Palapa Bar, and The Cortez Club 5-Star PADI dive shop.
You will find this a great place to look out onto the beautiful smooth bay from the condominium building's spa and infinity pool (shown in picture on left), as well as from the condo's own patio, six stories up. The beach is only ten feet away from the swimming pool and outdoor spa.
This penthouse condominium occupies two floors, and offers over 2800 square feet of fully air-conditioned, living space. It sits on the top two floors of the six-story building which is serviced by an elevator. (In picture of the condominium building, our condo is the top two floors on the right side of the building- the part you see jetting out is part of one of the two bedrooms upstairs.) The upstairs has two large bedrooms (king bed in one and two queens in the other) and two full bathrooms.
The lower level of the condo has a full kitchen, the Master Bedroom (Two twin beds or can be made into a king by maid), two more full bathrooms, the living room, dining room and the very large patio, which has a built-in gas barbecue. There are also two televisions (each with DVD player - bring down a few of your favorites), Satellite TV and ceiling fans throughout. Additional amenities include everything you would expect: telephones, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, quality flatware and other necessary cooking items, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, fresh bed linens, hair dryers, Royal Velvet bath towels and bath mats, beach towels, complete plastic ware for taking meals to the swimming pool, washer and dryer, etc. Basically, just bring your bathing suit and a few t-shirts.
You can sit on the spacious balcony in complete privacy and take in the incredible sunsets over the bay while sipping your favorite drink. You can have room service deliver appetizers and drinks or put some fresh fish on the built-in gas barbecue.

Why Paul Anderson chose La Paz Municipality
This unit is very comfortable and quiet. We've gone to great measures to continually update the property. Being in the La Concha resorts affords an even higher level of security and comfort with room service available, a restaurant and two bars. La Paz is a paradise location. The people are friendly and there are so many things to do.
What makes this Condo unique
Incredible sunsets, beautiful beach, quality food in the resort, two bars, great restaurants about one mile down the road in the marina, friendly people...

Our experience was fantastic with the condo and Paul taking care of us.
Clean and affordable. Close to town and beaches with a car.
We stayed here, off season, for 3 nights with 2 other couples. We were last here 10 years ago. The resort is showing some age, but the price per night reflects that. Downtown was all torn up, which was a shame. The beach out front was not clear, but Telcolote was nicer than we remembered. Swam with the whale sharks which was very cool.
Highly recommend this very spacious Condo!
This was our first visit to La Paz so we really didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised! The Condo was conveniently located, safe and secure, very spacious with all the amenities and the view was absolutely gorgeous. La Paz is a beautiful town full of culture and hidden treasures. On our way, we stopped in Todas Santos for world famous Margaritas at Tequila Sunrise - Our favorite place to eat in La Paz was Sorstis and Tres Virgenes! Isla Espiritu Santo is a must see, along with Balandra beach and Tecolote (totally worth the short drive). La Paz was one of our best vacations to Mexico and we miss it already!
Spring Break fishing trip
There's nothing like staying in the Penthouse suite. Did I mention the fishing boat picked us up on the beach literally steps from the elevator (from our 6th fl. penthouse)?
If you like being on or in the water you must visit La Paz, and I highly recommend this condo.
An oasis in coastal Mexican paradise
Todo bueno! Perfect set up for our visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful at the condos in La Concha. Guard gate provided extra feeling of security, even if we didn't need it. Kids had their own bedrooms and bath in the condo. Beautiful pool and beach all to ourselves one of the days. When we weren't eating at the LaConcha restaurant or catching the sunsets at the bar by the Cortez Club, we would take quick trips into town to explore and discover. Some of our favorites: Rancho Viejo for taco plates, Doce Cuarenta for coffee and pastries, J&R Ribs for BBQ, Azul Marino for upscale dinner at CostaBaja, Vrentino Baking Co for breakfast and of course, the polka dot painted tree place on the Malecon for ice cream. Used BajaFun at CostaBaja for our snorkelling with the whale sharks...wow! Quick 20-minute boat ride and you're swimming with gentle giants. Don't miss this thrill! Spent an afternoon vegetating at Balandra Beach. Didn't have time for scuba diving or fishing this trip...next time! Cheers and hasta luego amigos.
Lovely spacious place, right on the beach.
Many excellent things to say about this condo. It's quite large (3 very large BR, 4 bathrooms), overall excellent facilities, and wonderful helpful staff people. Access to the hotel pool and restaurant was a bonus. The property manager Paul was very quick to help with a couple small glitches. We suggest you bring your own CDs for good variety, and maybe earplugs too --- Fri and Sat night beach parties and music from the city seem to go until 4 a.m. Closing your windows can help, and fortunately there are ceiling fans everywhere. Weeknights were pretty quiet. We hope the living room furniture will be replaced soon: while lovely to look at, the couches were almost painful to sit on (old worn-out cushions). In other ways, all the furniture and kitchen supplies were quite good. Lovely terrace and lounge chairs. The location of this condo is excellent if you have a car (not sure about bus service) --- a short distance from the Malecon. We spent quite a lot of time exploring the city and walking the Malecon, and really liked it.
La Paz is a place that you won’t ever forget once you’ve been fortunate enough to visit. There are a number of white sand beaches, including Balandra Bay and Tecolote Beach. We recommend that visitors make sure to take the following day trips: 1. Snorkel with the sea lions: Drive to Tecolote Beach and negotiate with the people in front of the first restaurant on the right. They’ll provide you with the snorkels, masks and fins and a great lunch on the beach after you’ve had your time in the water at the tip of the island with the colony of sea lions. 2. Tecolote Beach Day: Hang out on the beach at Tecolote Beach and just enjoy the sun, clear water and activities. There are wave runners and other water toys to rent and several good beach restaurants/bars. 3. Todos Santos: Drive the 50 minutes to Todos Santos and enjoy the fantastic shopping. There are numerous shops with curios and arts. Los Adobes is a fabulous high-end restaurant that we never miss.
