Why Paul Anderson chose La Paz
This unit is very comfortable and quiet. We've gone to great measures to continually update the property. Being in the La Concha resorts affords an even higher level of security and comfort with room service available, a restaurant and two bars. La Paz is a paradise location. The people are friendly and there are so many things to do.
What makes this Condo unique
Incredible sunsets, beautiful beach, quality food in the resort, two bars, great restaurants about one mile down the road in the marina, friendly people...

Best Condo in La Concha
This is the place to stay! Pool was perfect, no crowds and the condo had everything we could possibly ask for. New restaurant has been added where the Sunset Bar used to be. Food and service were great.
Perfect location and beautiful view/beach
Our family really enjoyed staying in this condo - we had a group from ages 16 to 92. One person chose to stay in the hotel next door and was happy with his room there. Top three things about this condo are its beautiful view over the bay, its beachfront location on a swimmable beach (bay), and the security+helpfulness of the La Concha condo staff. Coffee on the balcony in the morning and sunsets in the jacuzzi were also strong benefits to this condo (ask the guard to heat up the jacuzzi 20 minutes before you plan to use it). And it was very convenient to have the good restaurant and bar in the hotel right next door. We did not cook in the condo so cannot vouch for the cookware or other dining supplies. The coffee maker worked and the fridge kept items cold, so we were set! (we brought our own ground coffee, flat bottom filters, and sugar and bought milk there) One tip if you plan to swim in the bay in front of the condo--be sure to get the combo code for the gate leading to the beach, and be persistent with the key, it is rusty and doesn't turn easily. A hose by the steps was useful for rinsing sandy feet. If you drive to Bandala Bay (and you must), get there early and bring some swim-noodles from the bins on the balcony (there may have been some blow-up floaties in the bin too, which would be nice in the bay, but we didn't try to do that). At the condo, the staff at the guard booth helped with everything and are so friendly. Baja comes with its challenges and sometimes you have to roll with the punches, so having a lovely condo like this to call "home" helps to take some of the rough edges off.
Very comfortable and Hugo at the front gate was awesome . He was their for anything we needed !!!!
Our experience was fantastic with the condo and Paul taking care of us.
Clean and affordable. Close to town and beaches with a car.
We stayed here, off season, for 3 nights with 2 other couples. We were last here 10 years ago. The resort is showing some age, but the price per night reflects that. Downtown was all torn up, which was a shame. The beach out front was not clear, but Telcolote was nicer than we remembered. Swam with the whale sharks which was very cool.
Highly recommend this very spacious Condo!
This was our first visit to La Paz so we really didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised! The Condo was conveniently located, safe and secure, very spacious with all the amenities and the view was absolutely gorgeous. La Paz is a beautiful town full of culture and hidden treasures. On our way, we stopped in Todas Santos for world famous Margaritas at Tequila Sunrise - Our favorite place to eat in La Paz was Sorstis and Tres Virgenes! Isla Espiritu Santo is a must see, along with Balandra beach and Tecolote (totally worth the short drive). La Paz was one of our best vacations to Mexico and we miss it already!
La Paz is a place that you won’t ever forget once you’ve been fortunate enough to visit. There are a number of white sand beaches, including Balandra Bay and Tecolote Beach. We recommend that visitors make sure to take the following day trips:
1. Snorkel with the sea lions: Drive to Tecolote Beach and negotiate with the people in front of the first restaurant on the right. They’ll provide you with the snorkels, masks and fins and a great lunch on the beach after you’ve had your time in the water at the tip of the island with the colony of sea lions.
2. Tecolote Beach Day: Hang out on the beach at Tecolote Beach and just enjoy the sun, clear water and activities. There are wave runners and other water toys to rent and several good beach restaurants/bars.
3. Todos Santos: Drive the 50 minutes to Todos Santos and enjoy the fantastic shopping. There are numerous shops with curios and arts. Los Adobes is a fabulous high-end restaurant that we never miss.
