Welcome to Terrace Street Retreat, a cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood just a short walk from downtown Boyne City.

The home sleeps up to 7 guests across three comfortable rooms: a main-floor master with a private furnished sunporch, a cozy guest room, and The Loft, an open upstairs space with a queen bed and a bonus twin stored underneath for an extra guest.

Relax on the covered front porch with rocking chairs and watch the neighborhood go by, or enjoy your morning coffee on the furnished sunporch off the main bedroom, a cozy spot in spring, summer, and fall. Downtown is about a 10-minute walk or a quick bike ride away. The private driveway provides easy parking and the small backyard gives kids room to play.

Minutes from Lake Charlevoix beaches and marinas in summer. Boyne Mountain is a short drive for skiing in winter and outdoor adventures all summer long.
