Lake Charlevoix condo in Landings At Boyne City
Relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake Charlevoix from inside or out in a comfortable lake front condo. Located in 'The Landings,' this first floor unit features living room with triple slider to a private deck with a stunning view of the lake, fireplace, WIFI, cable tv and stereo. The well equipped kitchen is newly refurbished with stainless steel appliances (range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave) and quartz countertops. Dining area seats four plus 4 bar stools at counter. The condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Master bedroom with private bath features a king size bed and cable tv. Second bedroom has a double bed and twin or queen aero-mattress if desired. Living room has a queen size sleeper. Both bathrooms have granite countertops, one includes a spacious shower and the other a Jacuzzi. The unit also has a washer and dryer, gas grill and garage.
Located within walking distance of a grocery store and the many restaurants and shops Boyne City has to offer. The Landings includes many special summer amenities: swimming pool, beach, fishing and swimming from the pier, and beautiful grounds.
There are many opportunities for winter activities nearby. Boyne Mountain and downhill skiing are just 10 minutes away.
The owner's cancellation policy is fourteen days for a full refund.
