About the host
Hosted by Jeremey Millikin
I currently live in the Metro Detroit area, but I grew up in Northern Michigan and have always missed the beauty and simplicity it offers. To fill that void, I decided to purchase this home in Boyne City—a place to enjoy with family, friends, and you!
Why they chose this property
Location, location, location! This home is just a few short blocks from Harborage Marina, Peninsula Beach, great restaurants, and all the charm of downtown Boyne City. While the location is definitely a highlight, what truly drew me in was the incredible community. There’s a genuine sense of connection here—everyone is so warm, welcoming, and always ready to lend a hand without expecting anything in return. Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay is less than a 10-minute drive.
What makes this property unique
The outdoor patio has plenty of space to hang out and enjoy a meal after grilling. As you wind down for the night, you can kick back by the fire pit, roast some marshmallows, and make s’mores under the Northern Michigan stars.
