Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please close and lock all windows. -Put dirty towels inside the bathtub in first floor bathroom. -Load and run dishwasher. -Throw all garbage in Garbage Cans outside.
-Set A/C to 75*(Warmer Months) or Set Heat to 65* (Colder months). -Turn off all lights. - Lock all door, back, garage, and Lock front door upon leaving.
-Remove all possessions and food from fridge.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
