Located on Driftwood Road, guests are a 4-minute walk to one of the largest public beach access locations in Miramar Beach with tons of parking, restrooms, and rinse stations. Scenic Gulf Drive is a low-speed, Golf Cart friendly road, featuring wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
>PLEASE NOTE: In the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
