Watch boats and wildlife from the private pier, screened porch and fire pit area. Putting green, bocce, grill & smoker available! Recently renovated kitchen ensures effortless gatherings. The upper-level loft, furnished with comfortable sectional & air mattresses, enhances the versatility of your stay.

-Breezeway between garage and house has gas grill and smoker, putting green/bocce court

-First floor: Open kitchen, living and dining area with gas fireplace and screened porch. Office with twin daybed. Full bathroom with shower.

-Second floor: Master suite with queen bed, sitting area, balcony with chaise lounges facing the river. Master bathroom with double sink &vanity, and luxurious shower enclosure.

-CAUTION!! Water is more shallow at end of pier than you might expect.
NO DIVING!!
Swimming and wading are encouraged :)

Closet in first floor bedroom/office, under-stairs storage closet and 1 of the 2 closets in master bedroom are for owner's use only.

We have very good relationships with our neighbors and cleaners and will be asking them for honest feedback on how our guests treat our property.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Pull any used sheets and pillowcases off beds and leave on floor of bedroom. Hang any used towels so they will not mildew Please lower the blinds wherever possible, in order to keep the house cooler,
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No gatherings larger than the 8 guest maximum
