This was our second time renting this amazing house! Convenient to the waterfront and downtown Annapolis. The porch is amazing and the house has every amenity you need to have a great Annapolis weekend.

Highly recommend this property! It is a beautiful, very clean, spacious, comfortable and well-appointed home that exceeded our expectations. There were many extra touches to make the stay feel very special. The host was responsive and helpful. Parking is tricky, but that’s true for any home in this desirable area so definitely not a deterrent. I’d definitely stay here again!!

The house was just as pictured and had plenty of kitchen supplies/appliances etc. The bathrooms also had plenty of towels as well. The living spaces were ample and comfortable. We loved the front porch as well. The host was very responsive and friendly. She was attentive and friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Love this area and super convenient to Main Street and shops/restaurants.

Beautiful home in the heart of the downtown Annapolis historic district. The home is both cozy and roomy, offering gathering spaces for each part of the family. The check-in and check-out process could not have been easier, and the home was excellently stocked. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

Perfect location and very comfortable

This was the perfect location and set up for our visit over plebe parents weekend. Easy to walk everywhere and convenient amenities in the house. Marie was super helpful and I would definitely recommend.

Amazing Stay!

What a beautiful home. We stayed there to visit our son at the USNA and had the most amazing time. Home is very comfortable, we had everything we needed and more. House manager was excellent to work with, very friendly and accommodating. We cannot wait to come back! Excellent excellent stay. 10/10 stars for us.

This home is immaculate and so quaint! The location is absolutely perfect to walk down to the Main Street where all the bars restaurants and shops are. Marie was amazing to work with and made the experience so easy ! If you’re looking to stay in Annapolis this is the place !

Charming Property

What a wonderful house and very comfortable. The house was clean and exactly as pictured but even more charming in person. The location was great and very close walking distance to the square. We did not use our cars at all while visiting. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch. All the neighbors were pleasant and our property manager Marie was very accommodating and available if needed. The house had a few kitchen items like coffee and paper products that I was not expecting. Very nice touch. We plan to come back to Annapolis and will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here while visiting our Plebe at USNA. Beautiful house, immaculately clean. Very well appointed. Comfortable beds. Marie was great to work with. Walking distance to downtown Annapolis and USNA. Highly recommend!

Great weekend stay

I have absolutely no complaints about this house. But that was easily justified because it was a bit more than some other options but its location 2 blocks from Main Street AND being fully upgraded made it clearly worth it. Check in and out was seamless - the key code was pre programmed. The rooms were spacious and most everything has been upgraded sometime recently. Nice patio out back with large trees surrounding most sides. The top floor gets tight with low ceiling on stairs and shower ceiling being low / slanted but thats really the only complaint I can think of.

Absolutely Charming

Everything about this property was wonderful. The layout of the house, the open spaces to gather or relax, the front porch, the decor and linens and towels, and amenities could not have been better. The property manager was responsive and helpful with every question. The neighborhood is central and an easy walk to the main shopping area and plenty of restaurants, and the water front. We could not have been more pleased.
