Upon checking in we request the guest to contact one hour prior to the phone number(s) provided so that we may meet and go over the home with you.
Upon check out please wipe down all surfaces used, beds made and place trash in can in front of home. Towels used can be hung over shower doors. Used dishes please wash or place in dishwasher.
Please make sure all air conditioners, split units, fireplaces are all turned off. Thermostats all turned down to 50 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are not permitted. Please remove shoes upon entering place in box provided by door.
Absolutely NO smoking of any kind inside the home
Absolutely no additional guests in home without contacting owner prior to stay. This is for safety and insurance purposes.

The property was well equipped and in a great location central to activities , shopping and cultural venues. The historic house was refurbished with care and attention to detail. The yard lit up after sunset and provided a relaxing place to unwind around the fire pit at the end of a busy day.
