Great property central location.

Great property in a small complex with shared pool, good location, short walk from the main front in Puerto del Carmen with all the bars and restaurants. Short taxi ride from the airport.

It's close enough to the front that you can be in the thick of the restaurants and bars in under 10 minutes, yet the apartment is well equipped should you wish to stay in. All in all, a great place to base your holiday - if you are lucky enough to find it vacant when you want to stay!

Lovely people in the other apartments who either own them or visit year after year Would be happy to return. Simone also did a very informative fact sheet which was very useful and we did both walks . Thanks very much for letting us rent your apartment .

Pros: I love coming to this apartment! So private and quiet you really feel like you’re at your second home. 2 mins walk from supermarkets and an english Iceland (god send). 5 mins walk to the beach front. No plans to stop coming here - couldn’t recommend enough. New owners seem lovely too! Anything you need they are an email/text away.

Pros: Would definitely reccomend a stay here. A welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch, flying in the evening meant not much time to get to the shops so was delighted to find complimentary water, coffee, tea, sugar, milk etc. 5 minute walk to the beach, plenty restaurants and shops. A local supermarket round the corner from the apartment which is ideal for last minute bits however an Iceland further down which I thought was much cheaper than local shops. Very cheap but didn't lack quality.

Pros: Hi Simone , First of all Happy Christmas to you and Yours , I hope all your preparations are going well . We have been back now for 1 week from our stay in your apartment and have just about caught our breath for long enough to let you know how we got on . Our first impression was how clean and spacious the apartment was , plenty of space to stretch out and relax which is ideal when you come back from a long ( 10 mile ) walk out to the Airport and back . With the weather being so changeable it was a godsend to have a good setup in the kitchen , Tuesdays weather was terrible so we made dinner and stayed in , opened the wine and watched the TV , chatted and generally relaxed , brilliant . The location was similar to places we have stayed in before so the walk up from the main strip was not a problem in fact it enabled us to explore some of the streets around that part of Puerto Del Carmen that we had not seen before . We will return to Lanzarote next year , probably in December as it,s a great way to end the year and break up the winter blues . So I will sign off for now and hope to here from you later , Best regards , Ken and Fiona Nolan

Pros: I have been coming to this complex for over 16 years and have mostly stayed in this apartment with friends and family, we have always had a great time, it is a very quiet relaxing complex and the apartment has everything you need including a great variety of British TV channels. Booking with Simone is very easy and any requests I’ve had she has been super fast at replying and has accommodated me every time. On my last visit in March the apartment had been made over and looked amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable and the apartment has a wide variety of amenities. In all the years we have been coming here we have never had any bother and have always loved it that much that we have booked for the following year. I have stayed in various apartments and hotels on the Island but this is by far exactly what I look for in a holiday and is close enough to the shops and bars but far enough to not be bothered by noise, I have recently been diagnosed Celiac and have found no problems in eating in restaurants and the shops all stock a wide variety of items so actually I have eaten better here than back home, I would also recommend The Royal as one of our favourite restaurants the food is outstanding and each item on the menu is clearly marked with the various allergies and the staff are lovely. I look forward to returning in October with my 71 year old mum...who also loves it!!
