This spacious and sunny home is close to the ski mountain/bike park and just off the Oeste Vista hiking trail. Nestled in the pines amidst stunning views of the mountains and the valley below. With 3 bedrooms plus loft, 3 full baths, a huge deck, sunroom with hot tub and 2 living areas there’s plenty of room for everyone.

• Embrace the outdoors: Wake up to beautiful mountain views. Enjoy the expansive deck, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. gather under the stars, or dine al fresco on the deck with the pine trees as your backdrop. Enjoy grilling on either the gas or charcoal grill.

• Inside the home: Enter into the sunroom and then into the living area where the woodstove creates a cozy ambiance (firewood provided). The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook up your favorite dishes. There’s a dining table that seats 6.

• Entertainment and relaxation: Stay entertained with two flat-screen TVs and free WiFi. The downstairs living room also has lot of books and games. The sunroom provides the perfect place for relaxing, reading or soaking in the hot tub,

• Sleeping arrangements: This spacious home comfortably sleeps 9 guests across 3 bedrooms and the loft. The main level features a bedroom with a queen bed. There’s also a full bath on this level. Upstairs you’ll find an Ensuite bedroom with a Queen bed. Bedroom # 3 is also on this level and has 2 twin beds. There is another full bath on this level for a total of 3 bathrooms. And finally, there’s the perfect place for the kids – a loft with a twin bed and twin bunkbeds (sleeps up to 3). Please note that you must use ladder steps to reach the loft sleeping area.

• Location and activities: Located just minutes from the Angel Fire Resort, you're perfectly situated for year-round mountain adventures. Enjoy easy access to skiing. snowboarding, tubing, sledding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and more in the winter. In summer and fall you can enjoy our 18-hole golf course, hiking and biking trails, e-biking, or conquer one of North America’s highest rated mountain bike parks. You can ride the chairlift to the top of the mountain - and hike, play disk golf, have lunch, zipline and more. Monte Verde Lake is a private lake owned by Angel Fire Resort and open to the public for fishing (and fly fishing) and boat rentals (stand up paddle boards, peddle boats, canoes, etc.). It also has an easy and flat walking trail around the lake with beautiful views. Springtime brings peace and quiet to our little valley. Enjoy our trails, fishing or just being surrounded by nature and wildlife.

We highly recommend a 4-wheel drive or AWD vehicle to get up the mountains in winter. The driveway will be plowed whenever we get 4 inches or more of snow. Driveway is flat, which means easy access!
