The cottage was built in 1790 and is situated in the heart of bourbon country. It has been updated to preserve the history of the building, while providing the comforts of a modern dwelling. Due to its proximity to the center of beautiful downtown Bardstown, it is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and historic sites, while still serving as a cozy oasis. Inside, guests will be surrounded by the comforts of a southern cottage, while still having access to the private Patio.

This location is incredible, close to all the downtown attractions! It is a cool historic place, that’s clean and comfortable! Loved the patio area out back too!Top notch communication, the host was the nicest host we have EVER experienced!!! 10 stars !!! Lovely place to stay and incredible care taken in every way by the owner/host!
