The Space:
Main Level

Step inside and you’ll be welcomed by a grand, inviting living room with soaring double-height ceilings and panoramic views of Bluff Mountain. This warm and comfortable gathering space features a 55” Smart Roku TV, an indoor electric fireplace, and plush queen sofa sleepers for cozy evenings spent relaxing together.

The main level also includes a stylish dining and breakfast area with bar seating, along with a fully stocked kitchen designed to make mealtime easy and enjoyable. You’ll find a combo drip coffee maker and pod coffee machine, coffee grounds and pods, a variety of teas, spices, a toaster, kettle, blender, pots and pans, baking trays, utensils, cups, glasses, and everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner.

Also on this level is a beautifully appointed queen bedroom featuring a plush 10” bamboo-cover mattress, a 50” Smart Roku TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with vanity. For added convenience, there is also a powder room and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Step outside onto the deck to enjoy the gas grill, outdoor dining area, and games while taking in the fresh mountain air.

Upper Level

Upstairs, the loft game area is designed for fun and entertainment for guests of all ages. Kids will love the play tent, while everyone can enjoy the arcade console with 14 different games, a foosball table, a large selection of board games, and a 50” Smart Roku TV. It’s the perfect space for family game nights or a little downtime after a day of exploring.

This level also features a comfortable queen bedroom with a plush 10” bamboo-cover mattress, a 50” Smart Roku TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with vanity, offering both comfort and privacy.

Lower Level

The lower level offers a relaxing private retreat, complete with a king bedroom featuring a plush 10” bamboo-cover mattress, a 50” Smart Roku TV, and a full bathroom.

This level also includes the indoor heated pool area, where guests can swim, unwind, and enjoy year-round fun. The pool is serviced by a professional pool company after every guest, and is heated to 85 degrees. It’s a 9 feet by 16 feet pool with 4ft in depth. Complete with inflatables, it’s a space designed for both relaxation and making lasting vacation memories.

Guest Access

The entire cabin and all outdoor living spaces are yours to enjoy during your stay.

Three days prior to arrival, you’ll receive the address and check-in details, along with the door code.

We use keypad entry. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM onwards.

Please Read Carefully
To make sure we’re all on the same page:
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests, extra guests will be charged $50/ guest
No pets, if we find out pets were brought inside the property, you will be charged a $100 fees plus for any damages the pet has caused.
No smoking or vaping inside the Property.
No parties allowed.
Maximum parking: 3 cars
Furniture may not be moved.
No fireworks or littering.
Guests must be 20 years and older to book the cabin.
Amenities such as the hot tub, fire pit, and grill are used at guests’ discretion and responsibility.

Booking through VRBO confirms agreement with all house rules.
Violation of any house rules will result in immediate removal from the property with forfeiture of all remaining unused nights. No exceptions.

Our kitchen is very well stocked with dinnerware, cookware, and utensils. You will usually also find basic spices.

Please note that depending on the length of your stay and the number of guests, you may need to bring additional supplies.

Important Notes

This property has an exterior security camera overlooking the driveway area for your safety.

4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended and may be required during winter months or during snowfall.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. Travel insurance may provide reimbursement for covered events that prevent you from traveling as planned, such as medical or family emergencies, illness, work obligations, weather, power outages, and other issues beyond our control.

Please confirm with your travel insurance provider for a full list of covered events. We are unable to issue cancellations, trip changes, or refunds outside of our cancellation policy and will refer you to your travel insurance provider if your travel plans change.

Hot Tub

We do have a 4-person hottub at our property, for guests who do not like to swim. Upon check-in, the hot tub may not be fully heated until later that evening, as it is drained, cleaned, and refilled after every guest. However, it will be sparkling clean. Please use the hot tub at your own risk.

Pool Rules
Please secure and lock pool doors at all times
Do not turn off the water hose/autofill, as it helps keep the pool functioning properly
Please shower before entering the pool to help keep the water crystal clear
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
No running or diving
No glass near the pool
Please do not share the pool door code with minors
Wildlife

Wildlife is common in the Smoky Mountains, so please keep doors closed to help prevent unwanted visitors from entering the cabin.

Bear warning: You can occasionally spot some bears in the area surrounding the cabin.
Do not feed bears.
Do not leave trash outside unless it is placed in the bear-proof containers.
