Villa Casa Pepe is situated in Mijas Pueblo and overlooks the nearby sea. This 200 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and air fryer, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people—ideal for bringing the whole family together. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), centralised air conditioning and heating, additional heaters, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, a washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also available.



The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool (open and clean all year round), a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the sea views from your pool after a relaxing day at the beach.

Pros: I stayed in Casa Pepe for one week in may 2016 with my teenage daughter, and was overall very satisfied with my holiday. The surroundings were quiet, the villa cool and comfortable, and the manager Kay was very helpful. We definitely hope to visit again to have a dip in the pool and take in the beautiful view from the hillside.

Pros: Our family of five enjoyed a wonderful stay at Casa Pepe - the villa was in a lovely location, spacious, very clean and the Wi-Fi and super pool kept us all entertained. The villa and pool area is very private and relaxing and with lovely, quiet surroundings. It was very hot during our stay so the air-conditioning was essential at night. The service received by the villa manager Alison was exceptional, collecting and returning us to Malaga airport, showing us around the area and finding the best bars and restaurants. The option to hire the villas` own 5 door Smart hire car was a winner for me, avoiding the greedy car hire companies at the airport and driving a car that was good but not so new that you are frightened to drive and park it anywhere - it was ideal to drive up to Mijas and down to the beach and shops at Fuengirola. Thanks for a great weeks stay!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Das Haus war bei unserer Anreise sehr sauber und es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, der große Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besonders unserem Enkel (6 Jahre). Der Kontakt mit Julie war unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine schöne Woche in der Casa Pepe. Cons: Der Garten ist leider sehr einsehbar, der Meerblick ist nicht wirklich gegeben.

Pros: Maison bien équipée et parfaite pour la saison d’été. Pour l’hiver, nous avons eu très froid car le chauffage était payable en surplus et très très dispendieux et non inclus dans la location. Même en ayant payé 200 euros pour l’électricité supplémentaire et 50 euros de bois pour le foyer, on a gelé littéralement dans toutes les pièces de la maison et ce durant les 3 semaines. Pourtant on est très habitués au grand froid du Canada...la charge de .50euris par kws utilisés en surplus du 100kws par semaine est abusif. Le 100kws par semaine ne permet pas aucune utilisation de plus que le frigidaire et eau chaude. Les proprios auraient intérêt à charger plus cher avec électricité comprise car on a fait le tout de l’Espagne et aucun autre hébergement (Booking.com, airbnb, vrbo, etc) n’a de supplément pour l’électricité. Voilà ...
