BRIGHT & COZY 1 KING SIZE BDRM CASITA WITH QUEEN SLEEPER IN LOVELY EL PESCADERO

Welcome to Casita 2 at Casa Milagros, one of two casitas available for rent at our new boutique property centrally located in the heart of Los Cerritos just minutes from the beach, food, and other popular amenities.

Once inside, guests will find a practical designed and well appointed bedroom space featuring a king bed, custom Rosa Morada wood built closets, and a work station. The bedroom is also designed to be open to the main living space, while offering privacy through its unique shutter system. The bathroom offers a refreshing rain style shower and a large window to provide maximum natural lighting. The main living area comes equipped with a West Elm queen sofa sleeper, 50" TV with Starlink wifi and dinette for two. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking supplies, a four burner stove with oven, and full size refrigerator. The property has a state of the art water filtration system, allowing our guests to drink safely from all water taps on the property. Stay comfortable all year-round with split units offering both air conditioning and heating, and in addition, both the living room and bedroom come equipped with ceiling fans. Each casita also comes with its own private balcony enjoying incredible mountain and sea views.

Outdoor living is at its best at Casa Milagros, offering two outdoor bar areas that provide our guests with traditional outdoor cooking amenities while also including a wood/gas operating pizza oven to the mix. In the front courtyard you will find an exercise/yoga studio that fully opens up to a beautifully gardened courtyard (pictures coming soon). At the rear of the property there is an outdoor pool with hot tub accompanied with an outdoor shower, bathroom and gas firepit. A dedicated laundry and beach equipment room is also made available to our guests, located in the main breezeway off of the front courtyard.

Also, the property's solar and backup battery power plant ensures guest will always be with power regardless of brown outs and grid power interruptions.
