The house was very spacious with all the amenities you could hope for to entertain our family of 9 kids and 9 adults. We arrived to a clean house that was prepared early for us due to needing a place to stay while being displaced. The hosts were very accommodating and tried to meet each need we had. They responded quickly once we quit using the app and just used private texting. There were a few items in need of repair throughout our stay and they responded promptly to each one in a timely manner to resolve the issue. This resort is located just a few very short blocks to the waterpark and a deli, making it convenient for parking and walking. The waterpark entertained our family members quite well with warm water, safety in mind and plenty to explore and try. The house was clean and comfortable with many modern conveniences. Several appliances were quite new and convenient - 2 washers and dryers, huge frig, filtered water, air fryer, convection stovetop, double oven, very large table that seated us all, a counter with overflow seating, large comfy sofas, big screen TV’s, games, pantry, bathrooms for every bedroom and 2 more half baths, etc. we loved hanging out at the private pool with the kids and spent just as much time there as the waterpark with the warm water, comfy patio furniture, gas grill, gas fire pit, misters to stay cool, etc. overall highly recommend this for a large group that is spacious and well designed. We would choose this again, not is the summer.
