The Ocean Trillium complex is located on the non-driving beach right near where the driving beach ends. Complex offers an oceanfront pool, an outside shower, an elevator, credit card operated washer/dryer facilities, and private beach access. Right next door to the popular restaurant, Chases on the Beach, and within walking distance to shops and other dining options. The complex is a 4-minute walk away from the 27th Avenue Beachfront Park, providing drive-on beach access along with a picnic pavilion, playground, basketball, and racquetball courts.

Things to Know! The property is self-catering. Only starter supplies are provided. 1 parking spot. Parking pass will be sent with check-in instructions. The entire property is smoke-free. Credit card-operated washer and dryer located in the complex. The minimum age required to book our property is 25 years old.
Service animals and emotional support animals are welcome. We are happy to accommodate guests with assistance animals, adhering online booking sites policies and all applicable laws. Florida Statute addresses this in Chapter 760.27, DISCRIMINATION IN THE TREATMENT OF PERSONS; MINORITY REPRESENTATION. We do not ask for documentation for either ESAs or service animals.
