Cozy and close to the beach

Cute apartment just steps from the beach. Clean, well stocked, nice high end appliances made this a great place to stay. It’s close to so many things, yet feels quiet and private.

Half a block from the ocean

We have stayed at this property 3 times! Has everything you need. Convenient parking, laundry, a great kitchen, and a comfy bed.

Winter Vacation

This was one of the easiest to book and most pleasurable experiences I've had booking a Florida vacation. The property was just as pictured and Anthony was very personable, attentive and a gem to work with. I will see him again!

The property was nicely furnished. The bed could have been bigger and more comfy. Didnt know there were 24 steps up and down to the apartment,which made is diffucult for my husband to go up and down.

Perfect location for walking to Flagler and the beach. Very modern apartment with top of the line ap

I have allergies to mold and mildew and this rental had an issue with that problem. It was a beautiful apartment, but for me it was difficult due to my allergies.

Awesome property, with ocean view...

...steps from the beach. Immaculate 1 bed, 2 floor condo. Southeast face provides plenty of light. Exceptional owner. Would 100% rent again.

Exceptional Condo

Selected online, owner confirmed and kept in contact. Check-in was at 4:00 and owner called by 4:30 to make sure all ran smoothly. Great place to stay, great location. Thank you Anthony!!

Paradise in NSB

The rental property is beautiful. Anthony was a dream to work with. He responded quickly and answered any questions we had. He clearly pays attention to detail, as we had all we needed in the rental. The check in and check out process was convenient and easy. There is a direct view of the ocean from the kitchen/dining area and the beach is just steps away. We cannot wait to stay there again.

Great Little Place Just Off The Beach . . .

This place really has everything you could ask for: about a minute walk to the beach, view of breaking surf, steam shower, full kitchen, washer and drier, TV with a bazillion channels . . . You've also got tons of outside light if you want it in the main living space, with excellent shades for when you want a mellower mood. The owner was more than helpful in providing detailed info when I moved in, and easily available by phone or text when I had a question.

The Best!!!!

Where to begin? Anthony’s place was the best place we have ever stayed at. Perfect place to spend our 40th wedding anniversary. Location was great, just a very short walk to the beach, with a partial view of the ocean. Every modern convenience, fully stocked kitchen with spices, herbs, coffee, Bose radio, tv with tons of stations, plenty of supplies., washer and dryer were a real plus. The layout of the condo was great, very comfortable with plenty of space. Bathroom was awesome. Beautifully decorated, very classy place. Anthony was a great host, checking during our stay to make sure all was going well. We were so sorry to leave and look forward to coming back.

Very pleased about property and location

Property was very clean. Anthony was very helpful with communication in regards to the visit. Very close to the beach. The interior design was very nice. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our time there.

Fantastic Ocean view condo

Fantastic!! Look no further than this rental in New Smyrna Beach. From booking it to the very day I left it was a pleasurable experience. The unit is very modern and up to date. It was very comfortable and clean. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one rates among one of the best. The kitchen is most impressive with how fully equipped with the essentials you may need. The partial view of the ocean is nice to see everyday and is a easy 2 minute walk to the beach and is walking distance to Flagler Ave for dining, pubs, and shopping. The owner was very attentive prior and during my stay making my stay that much more comfortable. I will be booking here again and recommend this rental to everyone.

Nested 300ft from the beach. Close to Flagler Avenue where you can enjoy shopping, entertainment, and dining. One block to local mall which has a Publix supermarket, restaurants, and a variety of shopping stores. Walking distance to beach gear rental shops. This property is quiet, all updated, very clean, & has good parking. I fell in love with this property the very first day I saw it.
