About this property

Easy access ground floor unit close to parking lot, conveniently located to all NSB has to offer

Ocean Reef Villas is a small family-oriented 48 unit complex. It is conveniently located near the heart of New Smyrna. It is 1 mile from Flagler Avenue which has several boutique shops, bars, restaurants, wine walks and frequent festivities. It is about 3 miles from Canal Street, another great area to shop, eat and drink (check out the local brewery). There are multiple marinas nearby for boat rentals.
Ocean Reef has a large outdoor pool that is heated in the winter with a long covered area for shade. There is a kiddie pool for the the little ones as well as a shuffleboard court. There is a large clubhouse that can be reserved for private functions (reservations are made through the office and at their discretion). There is an outside grill for communal use by the clubhouse for all you BBQ fans.
The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with a TV and 2 closets. There is a large open kitchen fully stocked for your cooking convenience. There is a living/dining room with a table and 4 chairs, a TV and 2 futons that open up to serve as extra double beds. The Unit is equipped with Cable as well as WiFi. There is a full size washer and dryer. The patio is very large and L shaped with a deck box for beach toys, as well as, beach chairs and an umbrella. There is a high top table and 4 chairs with a view of the ocean, a perfect spot for morning breakfast and coffee. Binoculars are provided for the often sighted dolphins. Please note: Our unit is next to the tennis courts which are rarely used (see photo).
This is the perfect vacation spot for anyone that needs to get away from it all and enjoy the quaint offerings of beach life in New Smyrna.

We had a great stay! The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals. The best part was the location. Being right on the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. We would definitely stay here again!

Extremely well stocked unit. The amount of extra linens and towels was superior! I have never stayed in a VRBO that had everything I needed like this one… beach chairs, sand toys, towels, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap… literally everything. Will definitely be back!!!

This is our second time staying here and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Clean and well taken care of. Bed is nice and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with things you need and things you didn’t know you needed. The owner is absolutely sweet and goes above and beyond. Thank you so much for letting us stay here. This condo is on the beach, there is an activity court and a large pool available. There is a code to go to the beach, so only guests at this location get to use it. Super close to shops and restaurants. Fantastic place!!!

I grew up in Northern Virginia and have always wanted to own a beach condo in quaint New Smyrna and my dream finally came true. I am a Registered Nurse in Oviedo, FL and live with my family in Orlando, FL. I love coming here and I never get tired of the small town feel with the endless amount of activities.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property because I fell in love with New Smyrna Beach many years ago. I moved to Central Florida in the early 90's and spent many a weekend here, preferring the serenity over crowded Cocoa or Daytona beaches, but, it is close enough to Daytona that when I want to partake in Daytona offerings, I can.

What makes this property unique

My favorite thing is the view from the patio and the sound of the ocean at night when I'm sleeping. I also love the pool and beach. I can go to NSB now and never see my car if I don't want to since everything is so conveniently located, it is truly a peaceful escape.
