Upscale Dog Friendly and STEPS to the Beach! Spacious Modern Chic Condo!

Welcome to Ocean Sol! This absolutely STUNNING 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom modern ultra-chic 3rd floor condo is an absolute GEM ideally located just a 30 second stroll from beach for the ultimate stay in NSB! Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the sound of the waves, recreate your favorite meals seaside in the fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen, relax in the spacious living area or relax at one of TWO on-site pools, shuffleboard courts, and clubhouse!

24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including club house, building entrances, and the pool. Devices will be on.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) parking space (Dedicated). Free additional guest parking spaces (First Come, First Served). All parking is uncovered and requires provided parking passes to be displayed at all times on vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. Two (2) total passes provided. Lost/stolen/damaged parking passes incur $25 USD replacement fee per pass. RV's, trailers or oversized trucks of any kind are not permitted on premises.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

Nice dog friendly condo

Small, but nicely appointed condo on the beach in new Smyrna BeachIt was dog friendly. Our only disappointment was that there was no beach view with this condo, but it made up for it with 2 nice pools, and a short walk to the beach.

Beautiful Condo

This condo is really pretty, nice furniture, bed and towels. Everything is labeled accurately. You can tell the owners love this place and want to share it! The beach was not accessible because of the seawall still being built. We went down to the ocean at the most convenient walkway. We would stay here again for sure!

Very nice and clean place

Very nice and clean place and pool area was very nice and clean. Wasn't crazy about wearing bracelet all the time, but it saved us from having to remember a code and unlock gates everytime we wanted to go to the beach or pool area. The only other thing was,no signs pointing to office and it was very hard to find because it was in the pool area. Definitely on my like list of places to stay.

Breezy beautiful stay

This property is well equipped and was very accommodating during our stay. The location is unbeatable with the multiple pools and shuffle board directly on the beach! A nice full kitchen to make meals in, comfy bedding and living room area with lots of storage. It is a dog friendly rental however the condo complex does come with many rules and dogs are not very welcome on the property by the pool or beach. Regardless we had a wonderful time and our pup did too! Would love to come back soon! Must drive 5 minutes down the road for the cutest coffee shop Lines & Vines! It’s perfect!
