Nestled among the trees, with beautiful deep-water frontage, dock and extensive decking, you can enjoy the outdoors in every season. Inside, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, an expansive dining, sitting and living room on main level plus family room on lower level that showcase spectacular views of the lake. For outdoor enthusiasts, this location is a dream—perfect for boating, swimming, water skiing, cycling, golf, running on scenic local roads, and just six minutes to Okemo Ski Resort. For the water enthusiasts, we have a tandem canoe and two kayaks for your use. Bring your boat and tie up to the dock for the week! This is more than a cottage on the lake - it’s a lifestyle. Come experience it for yourself! The space features a comfortable king bed, two queen beds, and a twin kids bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. With two and a half bathrooms, guests can refresh with ease. Bright and inviting, this tranquil retreat provides a brilliant setting to relax and unwind. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Doors have smart locks, you will receive door code prior to arrival
We have a local black bear, put trash in can and secure lid with bear straps, to avoid the mess. All garbage goes in the purple trash bags located in the first floor bathroom.
See bulletin board in kitchen for the recycling rules and transfer station hours. Please take all trash and recycling to the transfer station or home when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not use the fireplace in the house, as the chimney needs to be repaired.
The house is serviced by a well and a septic system. These systems were designed for a summer cottage, please be mindful and take quick showers
A/C Units, please close the Main Bedrooms casement window and turn off A/C unit when you leave. the other A/C units can be left on and set to 78 deg
