The home features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom:
• Primary King Suite: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom
• Second King Suite: King bed, private en-suite bath, plus a dedicated office/workspace
• Family Suite: King bed plus two queen beds bunked above the king—ideal for families—also with a private en-suite bathroom
King Day daybed in the Living Room as well as well as Pack N Play & Toddler Blow up bed.

The open-concept living space is over 2200 sq. ft. including a full indoor kitchen, large dining area, and a bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool. High-end furnishings. The living room sofa converts to a super comfy bed, with extra blankets conveniently stored inside.

Step outside to enjoy the private pool with slide, an outdoor BBQ kitchen, dining area, and shaded seating & umbrella—perfect for morning coffee or evening gatherings.

Utilities

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee’s card on file at a rate of $0.60 per kWh.

This is a private house not shared by any other guests.

Other things to note
This is a brand new home and development. There is a short road (200m) with some bumps on to enter the development. This should be all smoothed out within a few months. There are still 3 homes still being built in the 10 villa development, so there is some construction to be expected. The crew is very cognizant of guests that are staying in the villas.
Very secluded but so close to everything in Grace Bay!
Owners have a Jeep onsite that may also be rented, please inquire. This Jeep is located on-site even if un-used. There are 3 more parking spots.
