📌 Community pools are managed by the association and not by the host. Pool availability is seasonal and not guaranteed, as closures may occur due to maintenance, repairs, or schedules. The typical pool season runs from Memorial Day to Labour Day.

🧺 STARTER KIT

We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.



🍽️ Kitchen Kit:

- 1 roll of paper towels

- 2 small trash bags

- 2 large trash bags

- Dish soap

- 2 dishwasher pods

- 2 laundry pods

- 1 sponge

- 2 dish towels



🚿 Full Bathroom Kit:

- 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

- Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soap



🛏️ Linens & Towels:

- Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter

- Sheets for sofa beds are provided and left in the room with the couch (not provided for trundles or rollaway beds)

- Each guest receives 1 towel set (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth)

- A washer and dryer are available for guest use, should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay

This community has very strict guidelines that all guests must follow. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, and quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during these hours. Any loud or disruptive behavior may be reported to building management. Guests who violate community rules may be subject to immediate eviction without refund and could face fines of up to $5,000.
