✢ Construction Around Town: Tulum is a growing city, and development is part of its charm. Some construction noise may be present, and we truly appreciate your understanding.



✢ Electricity Cuts: On rare occasions, the local infrastructure may experience temporary power outages. These are usually brief, and we thank you for your patience should this happen.



✢ Peace & Quiet: Our community is tranquil and family-friendly. Out of respect for neighbors and fellow guests, we kindly ask that noise be kept low after 10 PM.



✢ No Parties: To maintain the serene environment, gatherings and parties are not permitted.



✢ Guests: For safety and community guidelines, only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Outside visitors and external personnel are not permitted.



✢ Pets: We love animals, but unfortunately pets are not allowed. If you have a special circumstance, please reach out to us.
