Stiamo offrendo la nostra casa privata sulla spiaggia in affitto a pochi ospiti discriminatori che vogliono "lasciarsi tutto alle spalle". Svegliati con i suoni rilassanti dei Caraibi, trascorri del tempo di qualità con il tuo altro significativo o la tua famiglia e goditi una vasta gamma di sport acquatici o semplicemente lenisci la tua anima con le viste e i suoni del meraviglioso mare turchese.

Completamente arredata, questa casa multi-livello con tre camere da letto, tre bagni offre viste panoramiche da tutte le camere e dalle terrazze di palapa. La spiaggia privata in posizione incontaminata è ideale per lo snorkeling, le immersioni subacquee, il kayak e il nuoto.

La cucina gourmet è completa di ripiani in marmo e pentole culinarie. La sala da pranzo comprende uno spettacolare tavolo in granito per una cucina raffinata. Our hosts were welcoming and very responsive. The property sits on a lovely area of beach just off the reef so perfect for snorkeling or diving. We loved our cooking class and of course all the food was wonderful. If you’re looking for a spot with easy access to the sights of Tulum, this is your spot.

We've stayed here previously 15 years ago! It has been improved since we stayed last. The AC in the bedrooms kept them comfortable. The cooks did a fantastic job for us and the convenience of having breakfast and dinner cooked for us each day was fabulous. We will be back!

Overall enjoyed our stay! Definitely need air conditioning in the kitchen and living area (had it in the bedrooms). Unfortunately we had many days of rain and with no a/c where we gathered, we sweated inside. Although they told us the road is not paved, it is filled with pot holes that you cannot drive around. The hotels/homes REALLY need to get this fixed. It took us 10 mins to go a little more than 1 kilometer each way.The food being cooked was fabulous! The staff was very friendly but did not speak English. Not a problem using a translate app. It was fun having the paddle boards and kayaks.

Fabulous stay in August with my family, wife and two boys (18 and 16). Great accommodation, spacious everything you need. The team there are brilliant. The food is fantastic a real luxury to not have to trapse out or cook for yourself. It was sargassum season but the beach was cleaned daily. Still easy to take paddleboards out to the reef to snorkel. Lovely peaceful location right on the beach. Lots provided (snorkelling clear, kayaks and paddleboards). Book and enjoy a great break. Definitely use the catering option every meal was exceptional!

Perfect in every way!

Everything from check in to meals were amazing! Definitely get the enchiladas! Luis was so sweet and super helpful the entire time. Beds were very comfortable. No issues at all!

Good Beach Stay near Tulum

We had a great experience at this home. Conveniently located in an area that is quiet but has walkable options for a meal at nearby small hotels. Sandy beach at the property is very good, but it is rocky at the waterline -- so it isn't good for wading or playing in the water without using a kayak to go 100M off shore. Everything was in fine condition: working A/C in the bedrooms, kitchen appliances and layout is good, bathrooms/showers are nice, WiFi. No A/C in living area, but fans and open windows kept area comfortable during our January visit.

Best House in Tulum!

We just got back from our stay at Casa Playa Azul and are sad to not be waking up to fresh fruit platters, gorgeous ocean views, and a sparkling clean house that we didn’t have to clean. I cannot say enough nice things about the house, the staff, the location, the meals, the beach or the amenities to truly do the place justice. This is my second time booking with Frank (my girls group had booked Casa Soledad in 2022) and the experience was the same so we knew how great it would be. Both properties are just stunning and I can’t say if I like one better than the other, though Soleada has one extra bedroom and bathroom. Either way, you will have a great time at Tankah Shores!

Best kept secret

This is my second time staying here and it is truly a magical place. There was 5 girls and we had plenty of room. The beds are very comfortable and love having the privacy of the 2 upstairs rooms. Our chef was amazing and cared for us the whole week. It feels like you have your own private beach. I can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous location and people

This is our third time staying here and never disappoints. We won’t stay anywhere else. Yobany, Louis, Grace, Edith and the one lady who comes every day to cook breakfast and clean are all amazing! We love them and that’s why we love coming back.

This place is just a dream!

What to say… the villa is just perfect! We had a wonderful time at the beach, snorkelling just out in the bay, kayaking… we all loved it and we would have never left. We had dinner prepared most evenings and this is really highly recommended! Food was amazing and eating outside in front of the bay was just priceless. Thank you so much!!!

Better than we could have imagined!

Our family stayed at the Casa Playa Azul the first week of June, we had such a good time, we want to go back! We were warmly welcomed by the staff upon our arrival and they took excellent care of us during our stay, The house was more spacious than the pictures show. The house and surrounding grounds were well cared for. The menu options were delicious, the views and the ocean breeze were wonderful. The directions we were given to get to the house were clear and easy to follow. They helped make our drive from Cancun pretty simple. We enjoyed the privacy of having our own beach house for the week. Our family spent many hours in the pool, relaxing in the hammocks, and exploring the bay on the kayaks and paddle boards. This was a highlight of our trip. Our family of six was never bored during the week here. There is so much to do, we didn't feel a need to leave the house much. This location is close to the highway and just a few minutes to Tulum, Tulum Ruins, and other prominent areas. Xcaret and other attractions are within about 30 minutes. Many thanks to Yobani, Edith, Jose Luis, Odalis, and Gracie for their hospitality and care! We hope to return to this wonderful place for another visit someday!

Casa Playa Azul Wedding Retreat

This property has everything our family needed during our stay to celebrate the wedding festivities in Tulum. Luis and the housekeeping/cooking team were welcoming and helpful from arrival to departure. The meals were delicious and grocery service was seamless. Being on the beach with the ocean breeze and having the pool to lounge in was the best. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tulum. Gracias!

Paradise In Tulum

The house, the beach, the views - all stunning. My husband is a builder and kept admiring the beautiful construction of the house. He kept saying "They had a vision and it all works so well." We loved the separate spaces for the bedrooms, the ensuite bathrooms, and the flow of the common spaces. We moved from beautiful space to beautiful space - the dining room, the living room, the outdoor dining areas, the pool, the beach. Every day we took out the kayaks and paddled and snorkeled out on the reef where we saw amazing fish. We did not snorkel in the lagoon (wish we had,) but we had lots of water time. Lali and Grace made delicious food for us. Breakfast with Lali. Dinner with Grace. It was wonderful to spend the day in the sea and sun, and come in to a lovely dinner. Jose Luis was always available to answer questions with his warm and smiling presence. We visited two Mayan sites, floated the Mayan canal in Sian Ka'an. Mostly, we just enjoyed this very special place. We found this place through friends who have stayed there three times. We hope we will do that as well. The memory will sustain us through the winter.

Amazing Villa

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing and attended to our every need. Our favorite experience was the Mayan Cooking class. The place was comfortable and kept spotless. There are nice places to eat and grab a drink close by. We really enjoyed Casa Cenote Restaurant. We would definitely recommend for a relaxing family vacation. They exceeded our expectations and the pictures didn't do it justice.

Great vacation

Wonderful people, house, and meals. The home cooked Mexican food was exceptional, and the entier staff was very helpful. The only disappointment was the rockey waterfront. We found it difficult to enter the water from the property.
