Completely furnished, this three bedroom, three and one-half bath, multi-level villa has panoramic views from all rooms and palapa terraces. The private beach in a pristine location is ideal for snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, and swimming.

The gourmet kitchen comes complete with marble counter tops and culinary cookware. The dining area includes a spectacular granite table for fine dining. Both the romantic front palapa and ocean side palapa are available for dining. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. All beds are Sealy Posturpedic mattresses with all cotton sheets. Custom made furniture, draperies, and bedspreads. All bedrooms are furnished with lock boxes large enough to accommodate laptops, large purses, cameras etc. Just pack your own padlock or purchase a lock from Yobany for $5.00

Outdoor palapa dining areas and second floor sundeck are ideal for sunbathing or stargazing, enjoy gentle sea breezes, and gaze at the enchanting turquoise waters below. Kayaks, life jackets, and snorkel equipment provided at no charge. Our bay is quiet with calm waves due to the nearby reef. Perfecting for snorkeling and exploration. YES - we have stand up paddle boards and kayaks. Wide-range WiFi from a high-speed fiberoptic Internet system, smart TV with satellite/Internet channels, DVD, books, binoculars, life jackets and snorkel equipment provided. Close to numerous recreational activities and excursions.

COOKING SERVICE - Provided Mon. thru Sat. breakfast and dinner with advance notice. You just pay for the groceries and a small shopping fee. Our staff prepares your breakfast and dinner buffet style right in the villa! Daily maid service provided, on-site caretaker couple and other local assistance provided. Our hosts were welcoming and very responsive. The property sits on a lovely area of beach just off the reef so perfect for snorkeling or diving. We loved our cooking class and of course all the food was wonderful. If you’re looking for a spot with easy access to the sights of Tulum, this is your spot.

Everything from check in to meals were amazing! Definitely get the enchiladas! Luis was so sweet and super helpful the entire time. Beds were very comfortable. No issues at all!

Fabulous stay in August with my family, wife and two boys (18 and 16). Great accommodation, spacious everything you need. The team there are brilliant. The food is fantastic a real luxury to not have to trapse out or cook for yourself. It was sargassum season but the beach was cleaned daily. Still easy to take paddleboards out to the reef to snorkel. Lovely peaceful location right on the beach. Lots provided (snorkelling clear, kayaks and paddleboards). Book and enjoy a great break. Definitely use the catering option every meal was exceptional!

Overall enjoyed our stay! Definitely need air conditioning in the kitchen and living area (had it in the bedrooms). Unfortunately we had many days of rain and with no a/c where we gathered, we sweated inside. Although they told us the road is not paved, it is filled with pot holes that you cannot drive around. The hotels/homes REALLY need to get this fixed. It took us 10 mins to go a little more than 1 kilometer each way.The food being cooked was fabulous! The staff was very friendly but did not speak English. Not a problem using a translate app. It was fun having the paddle boards and kayaks.

Best kept secret

This is my second time staying here and it is truly a magical place. There was 5 girls and we had plenty of room. The beds are very comfortable and love having the privacy of the 2 upstairs rooms. Our chef was amazing and cared for us the whole week. It feels like you have your own private beach. I can’t wait to go back!

This place is just a dream!

What to say… the villa is just perfect! We had a wonderful time at the beach, snorkelling just out in the bay, kayaking… we all loved it and we would have never left. Good Beach Stay near Tulum

We had a great experience at this home. Conveniently located in an area that is quiet but has walkable options for a meal at nearby small hotels. Sandy beach at the property is very good, but it is rocky at the waterline -- so it isn't good for wading or playing in the water without using a kayak to go 100M off shore. Everything was in fine condition: working A/C in the bedrooms, kitchen appliances and layout is good, bathrooms/showers are nice, WiFi. No A/C in living area, but fans and open windows kept area comfortable during our January visit.

Amazing house on the beach

Even better than it appears online! Nice beach with snorkeling and kayaking right outside the house. We were able to easily swim to the reef with provided lifejackets and snorkel gear. The staff was lovely and dinners delicious. What a great way to spend a week with friends!

This property is a tastefully decorated beach house with beautiful palapa outdoor patios reminiscent of the days before the oversized and ecologically unsound hotels and commercial establishments arrived in Tankah.

What makes this property unique

This home is set up for adults and families so each group has their own ensuite bath and lounging areas providing a great blend of privacy and group spaces not found in other homes. Wonderful home-cooked meals that can be served inside or outside on our beautiful palapa patios.
