Located at the south end of Marco Island in desirable Shipp's Landing, this 2br/2bth condo offers a cozy/quiet living space for your island vacation. It features 2 bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with 2 twin beds, 2 bathrooms both with tubs and showers, washer and dryer in the unit, Smart TV, WiFi and a large balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of America. Shipp’s Landing is a beautifully landscaped paradise complex that is situated on 14 acres with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the 10,000 Islands. There is access to a private beach, workout room, tennis courts, three gas grills & beautifully landscaped grounds. Shipps Landing is located on the south end of the island and is away from the congestion. The location is easy access to shopping and restaurants and a 5 min drive or 15 min walk to the public access to the South Beach entrance.
