Somerset 809 Coastal to the Fullest

Welcome to Somerset 809 located on Marco Islands prestigious beach. Due western exposure, guarantying families world class sunsets from your balcony. Completely remodel unit with a clever coastal theme design. Tile through out, walk-in shower in both bathrooms, kitchen with new appliances and breakfast nook combined to give maximal storage and counter top space. Expansive balcony with new hurricane sliders. Designer furniture through out. Kitchen is fully stocked and bathrooms have plenty of towels and beach towels.

The Somerset complex offers two heated salt water pools, as well as, out door grilling areas, access to two private beach board walks, tennis and pickleball courts. The unit locker offers a beach umbrella, beach chairs and coolers for your fun days at the beach.

Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $150.

We live on the Island and will provide you with concierge check in. We look forward to meeting you and your family.


During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Clean and equipped

Condo was very clean and had everything you might need, great location and host was quick to respond to any questions. One of the beach umbrellas was broken and the host had it replaced within 45 minutes of being notified. First class.

We had a great stay. Check-in was very easy. Everything was waiting for us. This condo is nicely appointed. Everything is just as pictured. You couldn’t ask for a better location on Marco. The view is amazing. The beach is right out the back door. Stop by the unit’s storage locker and grab supplies for a great day on the sand. We didn’t get in the pool, but it looks very well-maintained. We would love to stay here again.

Positive: Great location and view, very secure property. Negative: Lacked basic toiletries, bathmats, spare paper towels, floor needed better cleaning, ice maker broken. Two pools, but both are relatively small.

Great property and location. Smooth check in. Property Managers were very helpful with special request for my son who has a medical issue. Condo could use more cutlery, glassware etc. Highly recommend.

Condo with an excellent location and gorgeous waterfront views

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this modern and clean condo during the first week in November. By far, the best feature of this unit is its location, situated within a very short distance from the beach, and the large balcony offering gorgeous views of the water and the soothing sound of the waves. The access to beach chairs/umbrellas from the downstairs storage unit was very useful. Katalina and Kurt were responsive and helpful – they promptly resolved any issues that came up during our stay. The condo offers very basic amenities. It does not provide bodywash/shampoo and there is only one additional toilet paper roll rationed for a full week of stay. Although the kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils and tools, some cooking necessities are missing, such as oil and spices. This was a bit disappointing considering the high price of the condo and the many additional fees (including an added HOA fee of $150 charged after booking). Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we would recommend this condo to others.

Beautiful Marco Condo!

This condo is amazing and it’s our 2nd time staying! Great location and view from big balcony is beautiful! The location is also perfect 
 close to all the restaurants for dining! South Beach is just an easy 10 minute walk down the beach and shelling was on fire! Love the Somerset!

July 4th week

Our stay was very pleasant and the unit is exactly as described. Ocean view was important to us and we definitely got it here! Only criticism we had was the bedding could be more updated- the sheets and covers seemed old. A very minor thing in the grand scheme of things. I’d recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great location and view.

Memorable trip

We spent a week here and loved it. The property manager provided detailed instructions for check-in and was responsive to any questions. The location is great - within walking distance to restaurants and most importantly, right on the beach. The condo was well stocked for most of the things you might need for the week, was clean and comfortable, updated and had an incredible view from the balcony. I would definitely book this place again.

Can’t say enough about the Somerset 809. Great location, the place was clean, the property manager very very responsive and overall the stay was fantastic. Traveling with kids is t easy but everything about the Somerset 809 made it easy. Thanks again!

Great stay/Great property!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay at this newly renovated condo. Great 8th floor balcony with beautiful beachfront views. Large master bedroom/bath with lots of closet and drawer storage. Condo was fully stocked with all you would need for a weeklong+ beach vacation. A few supplies needed replaced/updated and Katalina was very open to the suggestions to do so. She also responded almost immediately to any questions we had. Would definitely book this condo again for our future stays.

perfect family getaway

this was a quiet beach condo. wonderful views and we'll stocked kitchen.,. a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle... we were not looking for tons of activities we just wanted to find a nice quiet spot on the water where we could spend some time as a family. this was the perfect fit!

Nice place but maltreated by manager and expensive

In the same building there are apartments less expensive, and also in the buildings aside. Be sure to do your research before choosing this apartment. Also the manager with very bad maners maltreating my family. Nice beach
