Somerset 809 Coastal to the Fullest

Welcome to Somerset 809 located on Marco Islands prestigious beach. Due western exposure, guarantying families world class sunsets from your balcony. Completely remodel unit with a clever coastal theme design. Tile through out, walk-in shower in both bathrooms, kitchen with new appliances and breakfast nook combined to give maximal storage and counter top space. Expansive balcony with new hurricane sliders. Designer furniture through out. Kitchen is fully stocked and bathrooms have plenty of towels and beach towels.

The Somerset complex offers two heated salt water pools, as well as, out door grilling areas, access to two private beach board walks, tennis and pickleball courts. The unit locker offers a beach umbrella, beach chairs and coolers for your fun days at the beach.

Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $150.

We live on the Island and will provide you with concierge check in. We look forward to meeting you and your family.


During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

This unit was beautiful and nicely updated. Of course the view is supreme. The host was attentive to needs. One extra plus is seeing sunrise from the back and sunset gulf side. Can’t get better than that. Only thing consistently needed in a full shower is a place to raise foot to be able to shave. I used one of the coolers. Thank you for everything.

Great property and location. Smooth check in. Property Managers were very helpful with special request for my son who has a medical issue. Condo could use more cutlery, glassware etc. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Marco Condo!

This condo is amazing and it’s our 2nd time staying! Great location and view from big balcony is beautiful! The location is also perfect … close to all the restaurants for dining! South Beach is just an easy 10 minute walk down the beach and shelling was on fire! Love the Somerset!

We had a great stay. Check-in was very easy. Everything was waiting for us. This condo is nicely appointed. Everything is just as pictured. You couldn’t ask for a better location on Marco. The view is amazing. The beach is right out the back door. Stop by the unit’s storage locker and grab supplies for a great day on the sand. We didn’t get in the pool, but it looks very well-maintained. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful, clean and quiet!

This condo was perfect! Has everything you need and more! Perfect view, quiet clean building, beach equipment, walkable to restaurants/coffee shop but has all the kitchen equipment to have a good meal at “home”. We will be back!

Positive: Great location and view, very secure property. Negative: Lacked basic toiletries, bathmats, spare paper towels, floor needed better cleaning, ice maker broken. Two pools, but both are relatively small.

Memorable trip

We spent a week here and loved it. The property manager provided detailed instructions for check-in and was responsive to any questions. The location is great - within walking distance to restaurants and most importantly, right on the beach. The condo was well stocked for most of the things you might need for the week, was clean and comfortable, updated and had an incredible view from the balcony. I would definitely book this place again.

Somerset escape

This unit was perfect . It has a beautiful view of the island and luckily the whole unit was updated with a nice kitchen , bathroom and room decor . There were plenty of supplies in kitchen and beach necessities to borrow . We loved it !

Somerset ist great! Katalina and Kurt are great hosts! Condo 809 needs a bit of fixing. One leg of main bed broken, light in closet not working. We will come back!

July 4th week

Our stay was very pleasant and the unit is exactly as described. Ocean view was important to us and we definitely got it here! Only criticism we had was the bedding could be more updated- the sheets and covers seemed old. A very minor thing in the grand scheme of things. I’d recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great location and view.
