Fantastic place with breathtaking 29th floor views of Vancouver, simply stunning! The apartment was beautiful and the kids absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
If you are a pregnant woman, DO NOT go near the beds in this place. The condition of the bathroom tub and bathroom overall was visibly dirty same with room corners and the overall cleanliness made the stay feel unsanitary. The check‑in process was an absolute disaster. Despite sending every required document well ahead of time, the hosts waited until the last possible minute to approve check‑in. Staff refused to pick up calls, leaving us stranded and guessing what to do next. It felt chaotic, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. I am still waiting for my $250 damage deposit to be returned as they require that from you prior checking in so you know as that also took me by surprise.

We understand your concerns regarding cleanliness and the check-in process. The necessary check-in information was provided in the instructions, although some of the steps were not followed as outlined. Regarding the $250 damage deposit, this is a fully refundable authorization hold. It is released within 7 days after checkout, once the property has been inspected and there are no issues found.
