Step inside to an open-concept living and kitchen area designed for gathering, where a comfortable sectional faces a mounted smart TV and a selection of board games for laid-back evenings together. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating for four, while a beautiful wood dining table for six invites shared meals and conversation. Upstairs, a cozy loft with a sofa, chair, and smart TV creates a second hangout space, ideal for movie nights or quiet downtime. One of the bedrooms includes a dedicated desk for remote work if needed, blending convenience with comfort throughout this thoughtfully designed Hill Country retreat.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a full size sleeper sofa in the loft.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.



This home also includes a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
