Take part in all the water activities, shopping, nightlife and music that NBTX & Gruene offers come home to all brand new top end appliances, beds and a comfy house to rest away the sun and fun. ( extra guest fee applies for 10+ guests)

We ask guests to start a load of white towels. However if they need to be treated for a spot please leave them out for housekeeping
It’s very important that you make sure the lid to the hot tub is on. Please double check this
If you brought a pet you will need to pick up the poo . We charge extra to do it for you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If house is left unattended lock all doors and windows
Additional pet cleanup fee of $50 will be applied if needed
No loud or disruptive music - Quite hours 10Pm - 9 AM

Our stay at The Faust Haus at the Guadalupe was excellent! It was the perfect place for our family as we celebrated our daughter’s wedding. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone. The location was ideal—close to restaurants and stores, making everything we needed easily accessible. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

We had a great stay at the Faust Haus. The rooms were as described. Loved the dining/kitchen area. And the large mirror was great for group photos. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to everything.

Loved it!! Great location. House was spacious. Loved that our teenager and young adults could stay in garage apartment. Bed and sheets were so comfy. Hot tub was great for evening relaxation.
