Great house and close to downtown Gruene. Rooms were very clean and host was welcoming and kept in touch when our electricity went out during a storm.

Family Trip

This was a great location. About 10 minute from Schilterbahn and downtown Gruene. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

In town for our daughters wedding. The house, amenities, and host were more than expected Only our second VRBO experience and we’ll be back when we are near San Antonio again!

Great place to stay!

Had a enjoyable stay at this home. Very clean and the added touches were very nice (Eggs/Strudel). Fun time and the deer on the lawn was a surprise!

TXST Family Weekend

We rented this house with our friends to visit with our college kids for family weekend at TXST. It was a great location to get where we needed to go. The house was better than the pictures, and we loved it. Will definitely stay again.

Dad’s 81st BD Celebration

We enjoyed this lovely, charming home. It accommodated my dad, sister and I perfectly. The house was so serene and conveniently located. The outdoor area was an added bonus, and the host was superb! Can’t wait to come back!

Felt like home

Cute - complete with chickens!!

Place was great, felt like I walked into my own home. Clean but lived in so I could relax. The outdoor space made for amazing dinner picnics and the location made for an easy trip to the water park each morning and out of the way enough that it felt secluded! The farm fresh eggs and massive strudel were a nice touch.

Perfect House! Perfect Location!

Not only was this house cozy and clean, but the location was perfect! Perfect distance to Gruene, downtown New Braunsfuls and Canyon Lake. Perfect for two couples as two bedrooms had in suite updated bathrooms. Back porch was adorable and we enjoyed watching for wildlife while sipping our coffee. Wish we weren’t so busy so we could have spent more time enjoying the house. Highly recommend!

Best value of any property I have ever rented. This was a simply wonderful property for 5 adults. My father is 99 and the house is one story and had 2 walk in showers. Perfect for someone with limited mobility. The grounds are lovely and green and we spent time outdoors on the large covered back porch and on the front yard swing admiring the Texas landscape. Great communication with the host who allowed us an early check in. Plenty of paper towels and t.p. unlike some other properties we have rented. Great A.C. and everything was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property and happily stay there again.

Wonderful house!

This house was perfect for our Memorial Day weekend friends trip!! The house was beautiful inside and out and very well kept. So many things we loved about this house starting with the 3 bed 3 bath. The backyard was amazing such a great atmosphere, if we would have brought our kids it was a very kid friendly home! The kitchen and living room were the perfect size with lots of space. Vicki was absolutely so welcoming!! She responded quickly and answered all of our questions and very accommodating!! We would love to stay here again!!

Loved the privacy and surounding with the exception of the train passing every hour

Love the nature surrounding, cleaness of the property and space. Especially the parking for us that we haul trailer for car shows.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We stayed here for a week and had such a wonderful time. Gruene is very close and such a cute little historic town with shopping and restaurants. The house was very comfortable and clean. We sat on the back porch after long days of sightseeing which was so relaxing. Vicki was so helpful to my questions and responded right away. We loved the basket of local goodies, wine and fresh eggs too. Very happy we chose to stay here.

Family tubing weekend.

We had a great stay. The house is clean and comfortable and very spacious. The owner provided some added touches that made our stay even better. Highly recommend this house if you’d like to enjoy New Braunfels and also have a quiet place to escape in the evenings and enjoy more of a cabin in the woods experience.

The house is very hot and the beds are uncomfortable

We get there and see cameras all around the house, walk in see a not that says please don't put the air conditioner below 74 to me that is weird to tell your guess that are paying to stay there what they can't put the temperature on but ok whatever. The things was we kept it on 74 but the house was so hot that the temperature was 83 inside the house. We stayed in the middle of July and we had to go outside to cool off. I text the owner and she said there was nothing they can do about it until after we left. The owner said she would reimburses some money back but here it is two weeks later and I haven't seen a reimbursement. The house was cleaning and nice set up but the cameras need to go , you feel weird like someone is watching you, the beds are uncomfortable you feel like you are digging out of the hole from the middle of the bed at night and they need a bigger air conditioner unit that works 83 is to hot.

Bridesmaids fellowship time

The place fit our needs tremendously! Many bathrooms and many towels and she even provided eggs for our breakfast and champagne and chocolate ! So thoughtful! She was celebrating with us !!!!!! Loved the place ! She was definitely accommodating for our group !!!
