Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed with custom hardwood furniture, rich hardwood and stone floors, and spacious rooms filled with natural light. A warm, relaxed atmosphere makes it easy to gather with family in the living room, whether you’re watching a movie on the 77" TV, enjoying games and books, or simply unwinding.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stovetop and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. After dinner, head outside to enjoy the gas grill, outdoor dining area, or firepit, or settle into the outdoor seating for a quiet evening. You may even spot local wildlife or enjoy birdwatching right from the patio. Because the home is located on the lake, warmer months can bring seasonal midges—small, harmless insects that are common near water. They do not bite or sting and are simply a natural part of the lakeside environment. You may notice them around exterior lights or on the porch.

For entertainment and activity, guests can enjoy a ping pong table, exercise equipment, and two tandem kayaks for exploring the water. There’s also a second TV in the study, along with a dedicated workspace featuring a custom burl wood desk—perfect for remote work. The office also includes a pull-out couch, and an additional air mattress is available for extra guests. An automatic backup generator also ensures the home stays powered during outages, giving guests added comfort and peace of mind throughout their stay.

Sleeping arrangements are comfortable and flexible, with cozy beds throughout the home. Families traveling with children will appreciate the included pack and play and high chair for added convenience.

Step outside to your private backyard retreat, where the hot tub overlooks the lake, offering a peaceful place to relax and take in the view. Every detail—from provided essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to the carefully curated amenities—has been designed to make your stay effortless, comfortable, and enjoyable.

To ensure a peaceful experience for all guests and neighbors, this property has a strict no-party policy. Parties, large gatherings, or disruptive events are not permitted under any circumstances, and any guests found hosting a party will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund.

A $350 security deposit is required for all stays and is processed securely through the third party site, Hospitable. The security deposit will be retained in full if any unauthorized party or event takes place at the property. Additionally, if damages occur during your stay, the security deposit may be retained, in whole or in part, to cover the cost of repairs, replacement, additional cleaning, or any other necessary remediation resulting from the damages. Additional charges may apply if damages exceed the amount of the security deposit. To ensure compliance with occupancy limits, the property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. A fee of $150 per person, per day, may apply for any guests exceeding this limit.

If no parties, damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations occur during your stay, the full $350 security deposit will be promptly refunded after checkout.
