Charming House for UVA Graduation Weekend
You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are walking distance to UVA and Scott's Stadium and only a short 5 minute drive to the Rotunda. Our house is nestled on a cozy street in Fry's Spring neighborhood. Walk up the street to the local Atlas Coffee, Sbrocco's Doughnuts, Pi-Nappo Pizza, Durty Nelly's Pub, or head down the street to the Rivanna hiking trail or Azalea Park. We have plenty of space to host friends and family along with street parking.

What makes this property unique
This place is perfect to stay for UVA Graduation!
Our house is a 2,000 square foot home located in the quaint Fry's Spring Neighborhood near UVA grounds and the hospital. We can comfortably accommodate 7 people. Upstairs we have 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Downstairs is a second living room, play area, and bedroom. In the unfinished portion of the basement we have a foosball table that guests are welcome to use. You will also find the washer and dryer there. You are welcome to use both during your stay.
Outside, we have created a fun, whimsical space for our kids in the trees. You can enjoy the play set, slides, hammock, as well as the art studio house. We have plenty of wildlife to enjoy including an owl who likes to speak a few "hellos" in the evenings, multiple deer families, as well as a fox (if you're lucky enough to catch a view of him). Feel free to enjoy our patio, hosting spaces, pizza oven and grill.
