The layout is ideal for longer stays, featuring multiple living areas and a dedicated office space that works well for remote work or managing busy horse show schedules.



The home is well-equipped with practical, high-end features including an EV charger, Samsung and Roku TVs throughout, and a spacious primary suite with a double-headed shower and ceiling fan. Each upstairs bedroom includes its own mini split AC and heat unit, allowing for personalized comfort regardless of the season.



Surrounded by trees with peekaboo views of West Grand Traverse Bay, the property offers a peaceful Northern Michigan setting while remaining close to downtown Traverse City, local wineries, beaches, and restaurants. Guests can enjoy the private outdoor seating area or unwind at the unique shed bar, perfect for relaxing evenings after a day at the horse park.



The backyard includes a pond, so guests should use caution and supervise children at all times, as well as a play structure located up the hill. To help maintain the outdoor furnishings, all cushions must be stored in the garage when not in use.

Rental Policy:

- No smoking or fireworks are permitted.

- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.

- Minimum booking age is 25.

- 1 dog is okay with approval.

- We have partnered with Safely to provide rental property damage protection for all reservations. Coverage for stays up to 120 nights is included in your reservation.

- Photo ID is required.



Guest Access:

This property features self-check-in. Check-in after 10 pm is not permitted. Check-in instructions are sent after completing our guest check-in form. The home's property address will also be sent separately 72 hours prior to check-in.

Other Things to Note:

Guests are provided with a small amount of essentials, including paper towels, toilet paper in each bathroom, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies.



CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

•November-April: Set the heat/thermostat to 60 degrees and close the blinds.

•May-October: Shut off everything and close the blinds.

•Strip beds (not mattress pads) and pile all sheets and towels on the floor near the washer. Start a load of towels in the washer. (If applicable.)

•Dispose of food and trash.

•Put all trash in the garbage bin. Trash instructions are noted in your Guest Guide Link.

•Put patio cushions back. (If applicable.)

•Wash, dry, and put away dishes.

•Turn off lights.

•Lock the door.
