Downtown TC Townhouse - Close to Beach
Welcome to the NOBO Townhouse, a charming 2-bedroom home with an additional loft and two full bathrooms. This recently refreshed property is conveniently situated just off 8th Street. With three bike shops next door, it's the perfect spot to rent bikes and explore the area, with the cross-town TART trail across the street. Impeccably clean, expertly hosted, and incredibly convenient, this NOBO Townhouse promises a superb stay.
THE SPACE:
Rest comfortably in two bedrooms plus a sleeping loft, each with a queen bed, complete with provided bed linens and bath towels. The full-size kitchen is well-stocked and includes spices, condiments, pots, and pans for your cooking convenience. An in-unit washer and dryer are available with the essential supplies. One dedicated parking spot is available in the garage, with space for another vehicle right behind it. Street parking is also available in the summer months.
ACCESS:
Convenience and security are paramount, with smart locks granting easy access to the house. Guests have access to the full townhouse and the attached one-car garage. The driveway off the garage provides room for a second vehicle.
We remain readily available to you throughout your stay via VRBO messaging, with an average response rate of under 1 hour. Our phone number is also provided to you during check-in for any urgent requests or emergencies.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Nestled in the charming NOBO district (North Boardman), this condo offers the quintessential downtown experience without the hustle and bustle of the city center. You'll find a plethora of activities in this vibrant neighborhood, from dining at a variety of restaurants and coffee shops to exploring the local library and admiring historical architecture. For outdoor enthusiasts, nearby bike shops offer rentals, and you can't miss the picturesque Boardman Lake Trail, affectionately known as the BLT.
TRANSIT:
Bike rentals are available right next door at McClains Cycle Shop or Brick Wheels.
Local Taxi services include Cool Cab, Cherry Capital Cab, About Time Transportation, and more!
Bata busses have multiple stops throughout Traverse as well as surrounding counties with their Village Loop and Bayline & City Loop.

If you have babies coming to stay, let us know ahead of time, and we will have pack n’ plays, baby gates, and high chairs ready!
**NO pets allowed unless proper service pet documentation has been provided and approved BEFORE check-in. If you have an unauthorized pet, you will be asked to leave immediately and will not be refunded for your stay. This is an association rule.**
