The Space:
Make yourself at home at this large, five-bedroom townhouse just a short distance from the beach! This gem of a home offers a great North Ocean City location close to restaurants and activities. The kitchen is complete with modern stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, that will make cooking a breeze! Take advantage of the free WiFi to look up a recipe online and surprise your guests with a delicious meal! The home has a private washer/dryer that will take care of your laundry during your stay. The bunkroom has a twin trundle bed underneath the bunkbed. A rollaway bed is also available as an additional sleeping option. Additionally, you will have access to a sparkling community outdoor pool! (Pool open from Memorial Day through Labor Day) THINGS TO KNOW Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The property itself was wonderful! Roomy, clean, the kitchen had everything. Close to the beach and activities. The rooms were perfect for all my family. I can't recommend this property enough. Hopefully, will stay there next year.

16 the Palms was a great choice for our large family. It was super clean, with beds already made when we arrived. It was also very nice to not have to worry about visiting a Vacasa site and getting a key to check-in/check-out. It was conveniently located close to some of our family's favorite places and the beach was not overly crowded.

Great house for large groups!
Comfy beds, clean home, easy check in process. Great location. It has enough cooking and serving utensils to accommodate large groups. Very highly recommended.

Very thoughtful host.
The little touches matter. A pack of napkins. A few of this and that to get us started for the week. Well stocked with kitchen supplies for basic cooking. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us for the week!

Beautiful family home
The property is beautiful and fit a large family comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked and the little extras like laundry detergent and toilet paper were a nice added touch. The balconies were great to sit outside but the constant traffic on the highway took away from the beautiful scenery. Great views of the ocean! We enjoyed our stay very much and a super close walk to the beach.

Great house!
This was, by far, the nicest, most well stocked rental in Ocean City we’ve had and we’ve been renting homes in OC for years. The house was clean when we arrived, linens already on beds & there was plenty of space for our group of 10. There was plenty of soap, laundry detergent and tp to get us through the week. My only criticisms would be that the blinds in all of the rooms are just standard horizontal blinds and there are no curtains so bedrooms were fully bright at 5:30am. We had to hang towels and blankets to make rooms dark for babies and toddlers. Also, the sign in the kitchen said not to use the decorative quilts as blankets, but no other sleeping blankets were provided (just sheets) so maybe bring your own? Or they should update the listing to reflect this so guests know. Lastly, some of the pillows in the kids room had plastic pillow covers which are not comfortable to sleep on at all bc they crinkle. Other than those few minor things, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!
