Memorial Day weekend

Location was great. Unit was very clean and well stocked. The beds were extremely soft and uncomfortable, the hot water was hit and miss.

Just the spot we needed

Our stay at Blue Sea Colony was perfect for us. It was right on the beach which is what we desired. It was close to many stores, attractions and restaurants. Our place was clean and everything worked well. We will look at returning here when we come back to Ocean Ciry again.

Stayed for a sports competition held at Convention center

Overall the location proximity to the convention center was good. Property was clean. Keurig shown in listing was not present so we had to go out for coffee daily. That was a bit inconvenient. All other amenities were present and working. Would recommend to others.

Best experience in a long time!

The apartment was the best! Very clean, right next to the beach and near all the festivities! We all loved the comfort and decor of the apartment. The only thing I didn't like was that both bedroom had televisions but no hookups for them. We couldn't watch TV in our bedroom and only Nexflix and HBO in the Living room. Not a deal breaker, but I like watching the local news on local stations, especially while getting dressed in the mornings.

Nice place and great location.

There was no document telling how to lock/unlock door. It was tricky. Tv didn’t have sports channels so we couldn’t watch 1st nfl game or US Open. Bathroom door got locked and we had to wait to have it opened. All this aside it was a nice clean place to stay and very close to the beach. Beautiful balcony.

Deeper Cleaning

On the surface all was fine. Except not enough towels for four people for seven days property manager was to bring more but never received or contacted. Behind bunk beds and shower drains needs cleaned periodically no drainage problems but not great to look at.

So close to the beach and the balcony looks at the beach. Close to restaurants and the condo was exactly as pictured. One of the few condos with a king size bed, one queen and 2 beds plus two bathrooms. It was perfect except the key didn’t work. The battery on the door lock needed to replaced and the girl when I called didn’t know it would work the lockbox. We had to wait about 20 min. for the maintenance lady to get us in. Other than that, was perfect!

Keep Looking…

Very dirty property. The cleaning that you pay for in between peoples stay is sub par at best. No working vacuum to clean yourself, no supplies provided to clean, washer and dryer were disgusting and dirty underwear were left in the washer trap. Extremely poor lighting in the place. Old couches and beds where the springs were shot so you sunk into whatever you were sitting on. .
