Pase una semana disfrutando de la incomparable belleza, relajado del Océano Atlántico desde esta unidad muy bien renovado. El dormitorio principal está frente al mar directo con vistas desde la gran ventana y la puerta corredera de la terraza. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas de matrimonio y capacidad para 4 personas. Dos cuartos de baño con bañera / ducha completa. La sala de estar y el comedor son brillante y alegre con un conjunto adicional de ventanas. La puerta corredera de la terraza permite una amplia vista del océano. Las comodidades incluyen un sofá seccional que es una cama queen size, un televisor de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas y reproductor de blue ray y por cable, internet de alta velocidad. La cocina está totalmente remodelada y equipada con cubiertos, platos y vasos. Keurig, microondas, refrigerador, estufa, triturador de basura añadir a la apelación. Y, por si fuera poco, hay una sala de lavandería en la unidad con un tamaño completo lavadora y secadora. Tablas de surf, sillas de playa, juguetes de playa y ropa de cama están incluidos.

The location is perfect, you can walk directly out to the beach. Had everything necessary for a comfortable stay for a family of 5. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Nice Place, A bit dated

We enjoyed the place for our family weekend trip. I felt the place was dated - carpet & furniture... There were flies that kept coming in probably due to broken window screens. One of the toilets was not flushing properly, I notified owner who offered to fix immediately. I said no. For a rental, it could be better maintained. Overall, it was good as owner was responsive & location was great.

I’d stay again

Tough to check in. We did not receive the access id. Somehow someone had the wrong phone number. Digital lock was straight forward but only worked 50% of the time. Fortunately, there was a manual key that we could use which gained us entry when we arrived late. Unit was really nice but smelled like urine. Most beach places smell like beach. But this one had a strong urine smell. Day 2 we picked up a bottle of fabreez and did fine. We would return. The owners were helpful.

Clean corner condo with everything a family could need!

Grace was responsive and helpful in the planning of our vacation. She offered suggestions for attractions and activities. The location of the property was just perfect. Everything was neat, clean, and the washer/dryer was a lifesaver for our large family!

Anniversary weekend away

Grace is a great host. She was very responsive to questions I had regarding the unit. The condominium was very clean upon arrival and had all necessary amenities. The washer and dryer was so nice to have, especially with two young children. The unit was also well stocked with extra bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Other beach accessories (chairs and toys) were also available. What we loved most is the condo's proximity to the beach. A quick walk and you have your toes in the sand! All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and 100% recommended Grace and her condo for your next visit to OCMD.

Getaway

I found this property to be very good. It is in a prime location....very easy access and well maintained for an older unit. The only negative was the AC unit was a bit noisey...but worked fine otherwise. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing Family Vacation

We had a great vacation. Grace was helpful before we arrived with some of our last minute packing questions and even during our stay if we had questions. They have everything there. Beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. You can show up with your clothes and toiletries and stroll right to the beach. Wake up and drink your coffee on the balcony while you watch the sunrise over the dunes. We had the best and most relaxing family vacation yet. Highly recommend.

Love it!

Great property & excellent location. The apartment has everything you need & is steps away from the beautiful beach. Highly recommend staying here especially with children, the proximity to the beach makes it so easy. Grace, the owner, was wonderful and responsive to any questions.

Mother's Day Weekend

Loved this short getaway, the condo was clean and had everything stocked. Loved that it was ground level and right on the beach. The property owner was great to work with and sent all the information needed.

A Fine Place for Sure!

I’m starting the review with… Probably the most enjoyable part of our getaway was the condo being perfectly located for easy beach access! With the ability to come and go, basically uninterrupted by elevators, passing by other units, and having long walks, truly made it feel like we were on vacation far, far away. In addition to its proximity, early mornings, to sit on the terrace (it being a corner unit having a bonus view to the side) watching family move to and from the beach, seeing people mosey on by for the morning surf check, all the while lounged back with a warm beverage in hand? Practically the most fun you can have by not doing much at all! As far as the unit itself… It was well stocked with linens, throws, towels, dishes, appliances and so on… Even having a few beach chairs, beach toys and bikes! It was clean. The kitchen was almost new and spotless. The rooms were more than adequate for us, a party of four. The master bedroom having its own bath was convenient and kept things unencumbered. I guess what I’m trying to say… It’s a place well-conceived and thoughtfully put together. And although we never met Grace… She was attentive when needed answering any questions we may have had in the rental process and logistics. She was very helpful and willing to share local knowledge of restaurants and bars. And she was extremely experienced to be there as an asset, only when needed, letting our time there truly feel like ours! Warm regards, -Dan and family

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It had everything we needed and truly felt like home. The view is spectacular and you can enjoy the sunrise right from the bed in master bedroom. The location is super convenient to everything. Easy and quick walk to the boardwalk, other activities and multiple great restaurants. Thank you Grace for your hospitality and we are looking forward to returning soon.

We know the best places to play and even better places to eat. If you want a home to bring your family to year after year, give our place a try, you won't be disappointed.

It took us 2 years of searching to find the perfect place. Just step out the doors onto the balcony and you'll know why. There is nothing like the beach to help you relax. If the view isn't enough, add in falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves and you'll be hooked.
