A great weekend getaway

Everything was great about this property. Everything in the description about it was true. If you do not mind driving about a mile to the beach, this is a great location with shopping centers around and ample parking. The kitchen cabinets are not fully stocked with dinnerware but no biggie.

Overall it was a great house. The location proximity to get to Rehoboth Beach and Louis Beach was incredibly easy. Having shops and normal conveniences right around the corner also made it easy when we needed something. This is a brand new build. The window coverings are sporadic and random and you may find a chicken running around the yard from the next-door neighbors, but all the children thought that was the best part.

Nice new home, lacks some essentials.

The house is clean and spacious. But It is lacking privacy in that it needs some curtains and/or blinds on many windows, including a bathroom window. It also needs some essentials like trash bags and tissues.

The place was very nice and newly remodeled however the neighborhood was not that great. Also, I did not like that the location did not have curtains in all of the rooms. I would have wanted that for privacy.
