Restaurants (Agave, Fins Ale House, Atlantic Social) and shopping (Tanger Outlets) are within walking/biking distance, with the beach, boardwalk, state park (Cape Henlopen) and trails (Breakwater) only a short drive or bike ride away. About this space:

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and baking sheets along with an electric stove, microwave, toaster and dishwasher to allow you to feel right at home. There is also a coffee station, containing a FlexBrew Trio coffee maker, that allows for standard coffee brewing, K-cups or single serve ground coffee, a French press and an electric kettle. The kitchen also contains an island with two stools for additional seating.

DINING ROOM:
The Dining Room contains a breakfast nook table and bench that can seat up to six. There is also a card table with four additional chairs located in the garage for extra dining seating.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a newly purchased, comfortable sofa and loveseat for you to relax as well as a smart TV. The cozy fireplace turns on with the flick of a switch (available winter months only).

BEDROOMS:
For your convenience, we provide bed sheets, pillows, bath towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap, body wash, and shampoo. One pack and play is available for your use (found in the Queen room closet).

• Master Bedroom: King Bed with private bathroom, closet, smart TV and ceiling fan.
• Queen Room: Queen Bed with shared bathroom, closet, smart TV and ceiling fan.
• Kids Room: Two sets of Bunk Beds with shared bathroom and closet.
• Downstairs Room: Perfect, separate living space that can function as an extra bedroom or play area for the kiddos. Queen Sofa Bed with shared bathroom, closet, smart TV, gaming system / games, board games and electronics charging station.

LAUNDRY ROOM / MUD ROOM:
The house features a mud room with full size washer and dryer as well as wet bar, wine rack and ample pantry storage.

DECK:
The home contains a spacious deck with outdoor table and seating for 4. There is also a propane grill should you get the urge to BBQ.

THE EXTRAS :
Feel free to use the bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, frisbees, coolers and other items in the garage during the stay!

Guest access
Guests have access to the first and second floors, the outside deck and the one car garage. The basement is locked as is an owner's closet on the second floor. There are also two free, dedicated parking spots in the front of the home, with additional parking available in an overflow lot.

Other things to note
We can accept a maximum of 10 total guests; however, we do limit the maximum number of adult guests to 8. Minimum age for primary guest is 25 years old.

Absolutely NO SMOKING permitted on the property including outside.
