Newly Furnished Rehoboth Home Close to Everything!

Thank you for considering our newly furnished, freshly painted spacious 4 BR / 3 BA townhouse. It's centrally located in the Rehoboth Beach / Lewes area, conveniently close to many major attractions. Restaurants (Agave, Fins Ale House, Atlantic Social) and shopping (Tanger Outlets) are within walking/biking distance, with the beach, boardwalk, state park (Cape Henlopen) and trails (Breakwater) only a short drive or bike ride away. Create loving, lasting family memories at your home away from home.

About this space:

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and baking sheets along with an electric stove, microwave, toaster and dishwasher to allow you to feel right at home. There is also a coffee station, containing a FlexBrew Trio coffee maker, that allows for standard coffee brewing, K-cups or single serve ground coffee, a French press and an electric kettle. The kitchen also contains an island with two stools for additional seating.

DINING ROOM:
The Dining Room contains a breakfast nook table and bench that can seat up to six. There is also a card table with four additional chairs located in the garage for extra dining seating.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a newly purchased, comfortable sofa and loveseat for you to relax as well as a smart TV. The cozy fireplace turns on with the flick of a switch (available winter months only).

BEDROOMS:
For your convenience, we provide bed sheets, pillows, bath towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap, body wash, and shampoo. One pack and play is available for your use (found in the Queen room closet).

• Master Bedroom: King Bed with private bathroom, closet, smart TV and ceiling fan.
• Queen Room: Queen Bed with shared bathroom, closet, smart TV and ceiling fan.
• Kids Room: Two sets of Bunk Beds with shared bathroom and closet.
• Downstairs Room: Perfect, separate living space that can function as an extra bedroom or play area for the kiddos. Queen Sofa Bed with shared bathroom, closet, smart TV, gaming system / games, board games and electronics charging station.

LAUNDRY ROOM / MUD ROOM:
The house features a mud room with full size washer and dryer as well as wet bar, wine rack and ample pantry storage.

DECK:
The home contains a spacious deck with outdoor table and seating for 4. There is also a propane grill should you get the urge to BBQ.

THE EXTRAS :
Feel free to use the bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, frisbees, coolers and other items in the garage during the stay!

*Note: This property features an exterior security camera.

Guest access
Guests have access to the first and second floors, the outside deck and the one car garage. The basement is locked as is an owner's closet on the second floor. There are also two free, dedicated parking spots in the front of the home, with additional parking available in an overflow lot.

Other things to note
We can accept a maximum of 10 total guests; however, we do limit the maximum number of adult guests to 8. Minimum age for primary guest is 25 years old.

Absolutely NO SMOKING permitted on the property including outside.

We offer discounts to members of the military and first responders.

Perfect for Family Vacation

This property has everything we needed for our annual family vacation to Rehoboth! It was spacious and was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. It even had chairs and coolers along with beach toys for guests to use. The check in was very easy and location was a quick drive to the boardwalk. Super close to the outlets and other great local restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked, more than what we realized. As a mother with young children this was extremely helpful. There was plenty of room for two families and the location was so convenient. It was so easy to buzz down to the beach and boardwalk. We had some rain during our stay and it was nice and close to the outlets to do so shopping and then come home and have a movie day.

I cannot stress what a wonderful time we had at this home. We frequently visit Rehoboth and out of all of the places that we have stayed - all of them being very nice, this home had all the bells and whistles! Location, cleanliness, it looked and was exactly as described in online pictures. Everything was labeled making it easy to get settled. We literally could have just packed our bags and came with just our clothes since this home had everything necessary for a fun beach vacation! We had lots of fun and comfortable rest! We look forward to coming back. Plus the Hosts are very nice and accessible when communicating.

This was probably one of the best stays I have had! The location was perfect and nice and quiet. The home is gorgeous and the owners had everything you could possibly need and then some! Beds were all very comfortable which is not always the case. It was the perfect house for my 3 sisters and I to go back to in order to escape the younger participants in my daughters bachelorette party!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

We usually head to Rehoboth for the tree lighting every year, staying at costly hotels. This year we decided to change it up with a nice VRBO to include a full Thanksgiving getaway for our family of 7. Our property fit the bill nicely, having all the accommodations and amenities we were looking for. Our young teens loved the bunk bed room. We were all cozy together but had enough space to spread out. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend this great property!

This home is absolutely amazing! The only problem was that we were weren’t able to stay longer! We were only there for 3 day weekend and wished we had a lot more time there, but that may definitely be in our future since we loved the place so much! The Boyd’s have everything you would ever need for a beach vacation!!! We were in town for a wedding, so we did not get to take advantage of most of their amenities, but just staying in the house for a limited time, was great! It’s close to everything from outlet shopping, great restaurants, very near by grocery stores and a super short distance to the beach! Thanks so much to the Boyd’s for an awesome place to stay for the weekend!!!!

We only have stayed at hotels for past years near Rehoboth or cape helopen park. First time trying staying with more home like and i cant express enough on our experience. It was more than what i expected cleaness, convince, comfort etc. This house literally got everything you need. We would love to do longer rental next coming summer.
