With two bedrooms (plus private den and loft) and three FULL baths, this second floor Sea Colony Tennis Community condo is just a stroll to a pair of pools, tennis, in-season beach shuttle stop and more! Featuring lake views from its screened porch, this coastal getaway's main level offers a living and dining area, recently remodeled well-equipped kitchen (with new cabinets, granite countertops and a walk-in pantry), den, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. The loft offers a fill bathroom of its own! Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. 5 TVs, DVD, 4 Blu-rays, gas fireplace, Wifi. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Great trip

The place was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our group of 9 to space out. Great location. It was a nice long walk to the beach, or we could hop on the tram if we didn’t feel like walking.

Nice home on Tennis side

Great location. Covered porch overlooking the pond is nice and layout allows for comfortable accommodations for large families. Condo could use some updates (like carpeting) but we would stay there again.

Very Nice Condo

Spacious condo. Kitchen was well stocked. Master bathroom is extremely nice. Just a heads up to future renters, to get to the unit from the parking lot, you have to walk down the fire lane and then follow a path all of the way around the building. It is a pleasant walk in general, but a bit of a chore when loading and unloading your luggage.

Beautiful condo!

The condo itself was fantastic! The screened in porch with a glider was perfect. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee there and then in the evenings listening to the water fountain and bullfrogs. It was quiet, roomy and well located. Well stocked kitchen perfect for cooking and staying in. Location was great, close to plenty of pools and a tram stop. Our only complaint is how firm all the beds were! Unfortunately they weren’t comfortable. Other than minor detail that we really enjoyed our stay!
