Charming Sea Colony Condo! Walk to Beach, Tennis, Pool, Town

Short walk to beach and restaurants from this charming and attractive condo located in the outstanding ocean resort of Sea Colony.

Among its numerous amenities, Sea Colony is home to one of the premier tennis/pickleball facilities in the U.S., more than 30 outdoor and indoor courts, with clinics and programs for all ages!

Condo features living room/dining room with soaring ceilings. Updated throughout. Deck with patio furniture and grill overlooks picturesque pond with fountain.

Master bedroom has king-sized bed, private bath, TV and closet. Second bedroom has two twin beds, TV, and closet. Loft bedroom has two twin beds and is accessed from circular staircase in family room.

Dining room table seats six. New kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, dishes, dishwasher, disposal and microwave. Counter with stools provides additional eating area. New stacked washer/dryer.

Rentals are weekly only June-September, Saturday to Saturday. Bookings permitted up to one year in advance.

Sheets, bath towels, and beach towels provided. The price is all inclusive EXCEPT for a mandatory resort fee that Sea Colony charges, approximately $55 per person/per week in season. The badges entitle tenants to parking pass/es (1 pass for 1-2 adults; max 2 passes for 3 or more). Renters have access to owner's outdoor shed that has beach chairs other beach items.

Walk or ride the tram to the half-mile guarded Sea Colony beach, play tennis or pickleball, swim in one of the ten outdoor or two indoor pools, use fitness center with weight room, saunas and Jacuzzis. Tenants must display the parking pass on the dash at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at tenant’s expense.

Sea Colony also has basketball courts, fishing ponds, play ground and picnic tables, jogging trails and 24 hour security.

Sea Colony is located in Bethany Beach, a quiet, family-oriented town with quaint shops, board walk and restaurants -- plenty for the whole family to do. A great place to spend a relaxing summer vacation.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Place trash & recycling in dumpsters; Check under beds for trash or socks; Place dirty dishes in dishwasher & start clean cycle; Strip all used beds, place used sheets & towels on floor of bedrooms
Outdoors: clean grill, clean table, put umbrella down; Check dryer & drawers for belongings; Lock condo & shed. Leave second key in drawer; Return main keys to the lock box

Please treat our beach house as you would your own; Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed; Keep A/C at 71 or higher to prevent damaging condenser;

Please do not eat/drink on couches/beds; Put food away and clean counters frequently to keep Sea Colony ants at bay

Wonderful stay!

We had another great stay in Bethany. The condo is updated, very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. The tram lines are very convenient to the house making it easy to get to the beach. It’s also wonderful being so close to the tennis center. Looking forward to being back again next summer!

We have been coming to Sea Colony for 12 years and this is by far our favorite rental we have stayed in there—and one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever had, period! It was very clean, has been updated and was very thoughtfully well stocked with paper products, pantry staples, personal hygiene supplies, etc. We will definitely return!

This condo was fantastic for our family! It was lovely, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The deck was a beautiful, calm outdoor space and having a grill was really helpful. It was furnished and stocked with everything we needed. Sea Colony is a great place to stay and we made use of all of the amenities - especially the trolley and many different pools. We plan to return again next year!

It was very clean, quiet, and the location was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. I had access to multiple indoor/outdoor pools and activity areas that were within a 10 minute-ish walk. I definitely come again.
