Island Club linen service with beds made. Oceanfront 14’ x 30’ swimming pool and hot tub. Elevator to all floors. Three spacious oceanfront primary suites with Kings. Study/office with wireless Internet access and QSS on top floor. Poolside rec room on ground level with ping-pong table, TV, surround sound and wet bar. Handicap friendly bath on main level (not ADA approved). Safety gates. Washer/dryer, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 7 cable TVs, 2 sound systems, water softener, ceiling fans throughout. Outstanding floor plan. Large great room features gas fireplace, wet bar and large screen TV. Two large dining tables. Covered and open decks with porch furniture on all levels, porch rockers, gas grill, dining table, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Beautiful ocean views. Weekly only. No smoking.
