Bring your family and spend your vacation at our wonderful 3 story oceanfront beach house at 105 Janell Lane, Emerald Isle, NC 28594. The view overlooking the ocean is stunning, from early morning sunrises to breathtaking sunsets. If the description below doesn't provide the information you need, you can reach out to the owner (202^607^9306 ). Rentals are weekly, Sunday to Sunday so that the cleaning and pool crew can do their magic. There are 4 main gathering areas. You can eat and be together in the open kitchen/dining/living room that has dining seating to accommodate large families or watch a movie together in the newly renovated home theater on the first floor. There is a full-size pool table if you are so inclined, or you can swim and eat together around the 15' x 28' swimming pool with hot tub and outside grill. For sleeping, there are two beautiful king size, oceanfront master suites each with whirlpool tub and access to second floor deck along with a king bed middle room w/ocean front access. Other sleeping includes a bedroom on the top floor; with a double and 3 twin children's bunk beds and a full bathroom across the hall. The main floor has 2 bedrooms accessible via the elevator, one with a queen bed and handicap accessible full bath, and a bedroom with a king bed. The recreational room downstairs has a bedroom with a king and single bed and a bathroom with a shower. The property can comfortably accommodate 16 but more than that might feel crowded. Other amenities include elevator (from first to second floors) washer/dryer, high speed internet, 5 cable TVs, gas fireplace, dishwasher, and ceiling fans throughout as well as a piano for enjoyment! Property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with spacious driveway parking and grocery stores, shopping, putt-putt, a bike path and restaurants nearby. One dog is allowed with a nonrefundable fee of $200 and a dog run was recently added. Heated pool is available with additional charge last week of April - mid June. No smoking is permitted on the property.

Our trip was a family vacation, with thirteen of us together. The house was very well appointed, comfortable, and easily met our needs. Lots of common space, eating space, and private, separate areas as well. We enjoyed the pool, and of course the beach. We had a wonderful week at this spectacular house. The ocean view is amazing and having a pool with a great entertainment space made it over the top. My husband and I have been coming down to Emerald Isle together for many years and find it the perfect location to enjoy family reunions which we do annually. The local people are incredibly friendly and welcoming and nothing is more restorative than spending a relaxing week on the beach with a good book surrounded by family and friends.

Why they chose this property

Great views, great gathering spaces, large swimming pool, and convenient location located on a quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbors. The house is located within walking distance from a grocery store and other amenities to include walking paths.

What makes this property unique

The location of the house on the island is outstanding. Its an easy walk to the island's water park and mini-golf off Islander Drive (check it on Google Maps satellite view). Multiple Restaurants and the movies are also walk-able. Kayak and local pub are just a stroll away and if you have your own kayak you can launch it into Bogue Sound from Emerald Isle Woods- a little public park about a mile and ½ from the house. The address is 9404 Coast Guard Road and there is no charge. The park also offers hiking trails and there is parking available.
