Kialoa er en smuk oceanfront 3-niveau duplex, beliggende i en privat Oceanside Spinnakers Reach samfund. Smukke brede og rummelige strand med smukke smaragdgrønne vand. Great Vacay

We have been to Kialoa before. It is a great place to stay, plenty of space for 3 families. It is well-equipped and the owner is very nice and accommodating-easy to work with, if needed.

What a wonderful stay! After having canceled a previous booking due to Covid-19, we only hoped we could scramble to rebook a home for our annual family vacation to Emerald Isle after the ban was lifted. Enter, Kioloa! Scott was a friendly and responsive host, and the home provided a great setting for enjoying the therapeutic salt, sea and sand. Lots of room for the family with terrific access to the beach. The views from the deck are spectacular! Grateful for this opportunity to reconnect and rejuvenate with loved ones amidst a pandemic. God is good!

Wonderful vacation at the Crystal Coast!

We had the best time last week in Emerald Isle! Kialoa was the perfect beachfront property for our family of 9. Plenty of space for all. The townhome was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. It was directly on the beach with a short, private walkway to the sand. Scott was fantastic to work with. The second refrigerator in the garage was not working. Scott had Lowe's delivery a new one the very next day. Talk about taking care of your tenants! Having five kids in the group, a second refrigerator is a must! We highly recommend this spot! Thank you Scott for your beautiful home and your great service!

Wonderful views and easy beach access

This property was very clean, and Scott was a great host. This home is located directly on the beach and has an outdoor shower and several places to rinse the sand off outside. It is also directly across the street from the community pool. The decks and landscaping look new and updated. We saw dolphins most mornings from the porch and enjoyed the close proximity to groceries and restaurants. The ping pong table in the garage and accessible beach chairs and sand toys were an added bonus. Our family of 11 had plenty of room and loved every minute we were able to spend on Emerald Isle! Of note, this house does not have an elevator; so, as with most oceanfront homes, the stairs to the kitchen/dining and upper bedrooms might be a concern for seniors or anyone with health challenges. (Although a bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor as well.) We hope to stay here again in the future!

Everything we needed.

This property was exactly as stated in listing. We loved the lay out and enjoyed our stay. The cons …..The coffee makers in the kitchen could be replaced as they are old …don’t drip well and the water reservoir was dirty. We also need to use the hand mixer and it was not working. There was also a shortage of the smaller eating spoons. Pros….Apart from that we had all we needed with respect to dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. Beds were comfortable and having them made on arrival was very nice. It was also nice having extra bath towels for towel changes later in the week. My only other comment would be to say that the washing machine was pretty moldy and smelled pretty bad. It could use a good cleaning. All that being said we would definitely rent again. We had a great week.

Property was clean and met needs for a multi-family group of 11. Beach access was easy to get to. Note that on busy days the beach in front of this home and nearby homes fills up due to public access immediately to left. Plenty of beach toys to keep the young ones happy. It was great to see someone supply basic seasonings, which went well with a fully equipped and supplied kitchen (plenty of plates, glasses, silverware). While I was very pleased with sleeping on a firm bed, some members of my party would have preferred that at least 1-2 bedrooms had softer mattresses. Note: blender was functional, but seemed limited to one or two speeds so this item is probably ready to be replaced.

Beach Bliss!

Another amazing week at the beach. We love Emerald Isle and this rental is one of the best. There is plenty of room for extended family to spread out. The new decking and deck furniture is great. The house is in a great location, was very clean and well maintained. It had comfortable beds, kitchen/cooking essentials, and many amenities. The only negative comments heard during the entire stay - the coffee cups are too small!

The perfect house for multiple families! We enjoyed this house so much. The kitchen had everything you needed and they had several ocean toys and chairs. We had 4 families, with kids ranging from 1-13.

Fantastic home with many amenities right on the beach. Covered and uncovered decks with private walkway to the beach. Updated kitchen with an additional ice maker, extra fridges in garage. Large dining table for family meals and game nights. Everything we hoped for and more! Owner very helpful with any questions.

Perfect Family Vacation

This was our first time staying in Emerald Isle and staying at Kiaola made it so easy! The house was beautiful and clean. The owner was quick and responsive when we contacted him about locating the coffee maker in the kitchen. The nearby pool was great for the kids to take a break from the beach. Groceries and other activities were just a short drive away including mini golf and an incredible water park. We had a wonderful week at Kiaola!

Beautiful home!

My family loved staying at Kiaola! We have stayed in many different vacation rental homes in various places but NEVER in a home as well equipped as this one! It had everything we needed and even more. The kitchen was so well stocked with dishes and appliances. The extra refrigerator in the garage was great. Loved the beautiful views from the decks. Every morning we watched the dolphins swim by and every evening we watched the deer in the backyard. It all was perfect! Scott was great about communication! Truly a very special place!💙

Family vaca 2024

Been coming to EI for over 30 years and loved our stay in Kialoa. It’s very rare that a property has comfortable beds in every bedroom, but everyone said how comfy they all were. We absolutely LOVED sitting at the high top deck chairs that were on the upper covered deck. Scott was very responsive and sent someone over right away when we had sliding door problems. Kitchen was stocked and we loved having an extra fridge in the garage for our beverages. Very clean and updated home. Can’t wait to come back!!

The property was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfy and our three generations enjoyed large family meals of locally caught seafood at the generous dining table. The waves and the beach are among the finest in North and South Carolina.

Best Reunion Location!

we could not be happier with the property! it was beautiful, clean, and everything we could've asked for at a property. There were beach chairs, ping pong tables, and so much more. This was a perfect location and home for the college reunion we had waited so long to have. We will definitely be back next year! The drive (from CLT) was easy and there were grocery stores/shops/restaurants only a few driving min away. Thank you again for such a great vacation!
