GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.



LINENS & TOWELS

The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well. Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

We do not provide a daily maid service.



A personal car or rental are recommended. Taxi, Uber, or Lyft are reliable secondary options. Super easy access to the beach right across the street!



This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $39. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.



You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
