An easy single-story design, this updated resort retreat offers a living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bath and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs.  3 flat-screen TVs, 3 DVDs, Wifi.





Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.
