You will enjoy this beautiful 2 bathroom / 2 bedroom condo immensely. It is fully renovated with all new furniture, modern bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets and LVP flooring. It is located in Sea Colony private tennis and beach community- a quiet, beautiful, well-maintained, rejuvenating, peaceful gem. My children and I traveled to Sea Colony a few times in the summer 2020 and fell in love with it. I decided then to purchase a condo that can also be made available for rent to my friends and other groups and and families to enjoy.
***2025 upgrades: newly painted, ALL NEW FURNITURE
***2022 upgrades: FULLY remodeled bathrooms, new kitchen cabinets, and LVP flooring throughout, including kitchen and hallway; new kitchen cabinets are grey, bathrooms all white
*** The floors you see on the photos are high quality vinyl plank (LVP) installed November 2020.
*** Unfortunately, NOT able to provide bed linens and towels; guests need to bring their own or rent them (websites below)

ADDITIONAL NOTES / SEA COLONY WEEKLY FEES:
• Sea Colony HOA requires that all guests over age 4 purchase a recreation badge and a parking pass when they check in. If guests / cars don't have the badges/pass, the car will be towed and the guest will be asked to vacate the premises. The recreation badge allows access to the private beach, all pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and all other amenities in the community

• Sea Colony HOA prohibits guests from bringing animals; additionally, no animals due to owners health concerns
• Guests must comply with Sea Colony rules, including (but not limited to) parking, beach, & pool guidelines. Parked cars must display a parking pass.
• Sea Colony requires that all guests sign a Waiver of Liability

LINENS/TOWELS: Please kindly BRING YOUR OWN or RENT them. Below are the 2 local places where you can rent them. Please check how many days in advance you need to place the order.

BEACH ACCESS: walk or drive on Westway Drive, cross Rt 1 traffic light towards Edgewater Building, park if you drove, walk under the building onto the outdoor pool promenade, and you are at the beach.
