When you book a stay at this remodeled Penthouse Sea Colony condo, you will wake up to radiant sunrise views daily! During your stay, you'll have access to a half-mile of private guarded beach, indoor/outdoor pools, and championship tennis courts. A convenient shuttle makes it easy to access all Sea Colony amenities, and it's a short walk to the center of Bethany Beach with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Take the elevator up to the thoughtfully upgraded condo with modern appliances, smart TVs, and nautical decor, this family-friendly condo is your ticket to beachfront paradise. Spend endless hours on the balcony, with high-top Adirondack seating to maximize the ocean views. Create your favorite recipes in the beautifully updated kitchen, equipped with sleek countertops, under cabinet lighting, stainless steel appliances, and an oven with a built-in air fryer! Dine together at the adjacent table or on the balcony, then kick back and watch TV shows in the sun-soaked living room. Central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer provide comfort during your stay. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Updated kitchen, oceanfront balcony and wall of windows/doors make an inviting room to hang out. Bath and one half is convenient and bed is comfy! We enjoyed our stay.

We loved this condo! Great location, we loved the walk ability to Bethany beach and the stores. The bed was so comfy. Kitchen had everything you could think of needing. Updated and beach vibes. We will be back!

Overall the condo exceeded our expectations. Needs more places to hang items to dry and some shelf space in both bathrooms for toiletries, but overall a very nice space.

Perfect in every way

Beautiful space with spectacular sunrises! We could not have asked for a better stay - the entire place was spotless and beautifully renovated, the ocean views were really stunning, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our week long stay. Helpful instructions everywhere, as well. Loved the short walk to the beach and convenient access to local restaurants and activities. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Sea Colony - Annapolis 902

We loved this condo! Being on the top floor allows for vaulted ceiling in the living area, which makes the unit seem really large and bright. Also, loved the island counter in the kitchen with bar stools, rather than a table and chairs. Really nice upgraded kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances. Especially loved the full size washer/dryer. We would recommend this condo and will stay there again.

Long weekend at sea colony Annapolis 902

The condo was clean, well-stocked and when sitting on the balcony we could see and hear the ocean. The owners gave clear instructions in the use of the remotes, fans, appliances, etc. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very updated and tastefully done. The condo was quite small. I don’t think 4 people would be very comfortable in it. It was fine for my husband and me but we have been married over 40 years. The bathrooms were particularly small but it was nice having the extra bathroom. The parking spot was very difficult to find as we drove around for 15 minutes before we located it (not the owners fault). It was a lovely stay.
